I'm not calling an EGM PI, We have to allow 28 days to sort this. We will know the financials within a fortnight,with hopefully a decent update with substance. Also the agm is 3rd week in Jan so not much point.
Nigel has answered all emails sent.
Is there a Beaufort conspiracy...who knows, the only way to have this investigated is through FCA.
With 27 million buys and 10 million sells something isn't right clearly!!

What must we bring to light. The Board have done nothing wrong. They are simply taking advantage of a corrupt system that allows them to raise money when they wish on a whim with huge fees to brokers. They as any other AIM company can dilute when they wish shareholders out of existence. They can continue to do this without a product and solely based on fresh air and wishful thinking.

Their behaviour and the situation seems to be verging on illegal.
