How do they get away with it? Easy. Walk right in to the Novum offices, pick up a bag of cash, and let them place shares at a 50% discount. Money then transfered from NUOG to RMRI straight into the pockets of the Mintys. Ramp, raise, collect, rinse and repeat. 👍🐀

MFDevCo have now entered into a collaborative agreement with shell to supply services into the consortium. Payment will be on an As supplied basis with full credit facilities being available from Mastercard

We are pleased to announce NUDOG69 as our new cheif executive. He has extensive experience in the flake cooler industry. Having spent 30 years at Cadburys as their European and Asian sales director.

Nudog will be granted 2m share options at 28p and has taken £500 k in the recent premium placing .

Nice rns oilwise , you forgot we have entered into a colab agreement with Toyota to distribute the product as part of its global heat protection product range. We are in talks to add a intercooler flake cooler in due course. However so you don't think I've mis lead you, there can be no guarantee you will ever see a penny from any deals we sign . 🤓

Our plans for the double flake cooler are at an advanced stage, and we are excited by the speed that negotiations with the Eskimos are going. We have already secured a collaborative agreement with CMDOG and nudog and would hope to announce things to the market in short order. 👍🐀

Well, well, well happy campers. Another day and another stunning performance by the Board. Just as well they have so many opportunities at such an advanced stage, and also that they only raised enough to meet their objective, thereby ensuring that shareholders were not diluted more than they had to. #excitingtimes indeed.

But wait a minute, I might have heard that somewhere before. Does anyone remember this from 15 March last year?

“Although this is £0.5 million less than the gross placing proceeds originally announced on 1 March 2018 ("1 March Placing"), the Board considers it sufficient to meet the objectives stated above.”
