Enegi Oil has issued 4,450,000 new ordinary shares under a consultancy agreement with Risk Management Research Institute. The shares were issued at an average issue price of 12.0 pence per share, which is in excess of the closing price of the company's ordinary shares on the dates of the relevant invoices. Enegi Oil also issued a one half purchase warrant per new share. Each full purchase warrant will allow RMRI to purchase one additional new ordinary share at an exercise price of 21p for a period of 18 months from today (11 January).

Yesterday, May 1st, was the deadline for submissions to participate in the 27th Seaward Licensing Round. Did the Company submit an application as described by the ?Strategic Partnership with ABT? RNS announcement dated March 14th, 2012?
