Particularly revealing was the departure of Nigel Burton off doing deals with PLMO. Says it all really. Saying he was adding to NUOG POSITION at 0.50p, which he may well have sold in the 0.60sp, hardly compensates for the departure. Would he really have left if the gravy train was just leaving the station; eh eh?

No the deal was expected before the AGM but has been slightly delayed. Alan was retiring anyway , so the replacement was already lined up . Alan wanted to step down in the next few weeks. But the vote forced his hand .

Hopefully your update is before the issue ;-) anyway would you not be best waiting for news get in 20% up if it's that transformational and maybe if no news comes all year you have saved yourself heavy losses?

We have huge deals weeks away would have kept Alan Minty as the boss man lol. And by heck he would have let you all know about how close they were. Nuog have always decided when and what level they would raise. Never did Beufort decide and the same now with Novum.

The rubbish these posters spout is beyond belief. Offered a fundraise and declined it lol. No no stop phoning offering us money I am currently covered in oil and we have a huge deal and we want to wait til it's higher please phone back later lol.

You do know that it's the company that goes looking for the fundraise? They don't come offering to the company mate?

So that is the biggest bull ever that fund raising was offered and declined.

I've never heard so much rubbish in all my life.

Companies decide when they ask for a fundraise and at what levels no one else.

Nope . I've been over this before, cash refused because they have deals under consideration. It's expected in the next few weeks the share price will be much higher. This will be leaked through various channels like the usual and traders will be taking positions. Then the news and maybe a raise into the liquidity and then it will churn abit and then carry on its rise. ;)

THE COMPANY MAY HAVE TRANSFORMATIONAL NEWS BEFORE THEY ISSUE WHICH THEN COULD BE OFF A HUGE PUMP UP AT 1P AGAIN OR HIGHER SAY 100% RISE?

The company accounts show short on cash.
The AGM was approval to fundraise 25%
The issue will be lower to the current price obviously??
