Yes yes its all fascinating but anyone who listened to the former managment got rogered. The only thing now is to hope that the new board has more probity and can deliver where they failed. However, no mangement work for nothing and you cant expect stevens and smith to either

Obviously there will be dilution, the only question is at what price? That will be key to reducing its overall impact. I am guessing the delay is finding a price that will placate c4 and gary smith, difficult.

Clumsy.... Im not the one who has been embarrassing themselves by blurting out phantom figures etc.... Price is irrelevant as there is too high chance this wont even relist, remember they need to raise, who is going to fund this, an irrelevant ceo who got played on the pump and dump pre suspension, minimal profit making firm, too many salaries, too much debt.... List goes on.... Highly unlikely this will go any further, hey ive only been right 100pc of the time, this is and always will be a scam..... They set a deadkine of q2, fast approaching chaps.... But if you really want a price pre consolidation im going with lower than the 200k placing price at 0.00275 and going with 0.001p

Still amuses me people think nuog holders will have any say in new company, wake up, your minty holders with your 4.5bn burden, your about to be diluted to brink of extinction, how can you not see it, you will be lucky to walk away with 1p in the pound.... Im sure younwill be offered discounted placing shares so you can waste more money here.... Have warned you

The preocupation of stevens will, one suspects, be the marketability of the shares, not the price. To sell 2 million pounds worth stevens needs by the 2nd year to have garnered institutional support and depth to the market, which clearly means a higher price then 0.30 of a penny.

Best of luck with salvaging something reasonable from the mess LT.

Taxi, I am sure the Stevens will be supportive and work hard for their salaries.

Given they are being paid in equity in the new vehicle their purely financial interests would be served by the share price staying low until the deal completes and they have their equity and then the share price rising.

For existing holders a quick rise to reduce the impact of the dilution and the debt conversions would be better.

I believe you have made a good decision, the company will, I think, enjoy growth once the weaker holders, and those who overtraded, are shaken out. Stevens gets his 1 million gbp in shares on the first and second years so it will be in his interest to support the company until he can get money out

Taxi - strange as it may seem I’m in for the ride here so won’t be selling until I feel whatever the share has done that it’s reached some sort of plateau.

I guess you'll be selling at 0.30p then which could put a short term dampener on the proceedings?

Taxi - my very changed expectations of the new company and the rubbish I fell for that was spouted by Minty leaves me in the strange position of welcoming any reopening price higher than say .3p!

0.5p on opening after consolidation factoring in the placing shares perhaps.... All this talk about updates etc.... They wont stick to their own advertised timeframe as they have shown nothing but contempt for shareholders and proved themselves useless to date.... You will hear from them when they need some more cash unless they have already squeezed the last drops with the latest 200k raise.

The only person i know wjo suggested 28 p later reduced to 5p was LT. No one has suggested 3p or 2p except in the longer term. People have suggested 1p in the medium term, and maybe 0.50 p on open
