In terms of dilution all we can sure of is 2.5 bill shares, after that the other 5 bill will go to the injector of the asset. So 5 billion will only be issued for this theoretical asset. There is already 1.5 billion so another 1 bill to get rid of Minty, Shard and probably PVF is cheap at the price. Let's move on and let the C4 team do their stuff.

For those not familiar with the equation it's assets divided by the free float m. Total number of shares is not so important as must tend to end up in sticky hands or the hands of insiders

These guys have taken the placing IMO and the TR1 is to make sure the resolutions pass. Then we will really find out how much if the placing has been forward sold (all of it IMO). 👌

wont the existing TR1s values be invalid after the incoming massive dilution ... they will need to de-notify...
