02/4/2019 04:43 | There is a case. However there is also a case for cutting salarys cutting ties with Mfdevco and Rmri the lead weight around Nuogs feet! BT | oldsnrtom
02/4/2019 00:17 | I think there is a case here. The board have definitely not acted in the best interest of current shareholders and share value. | thecashmoney
02/4/2019 00:07 | The management inmvho have let shareholders down here on three counts, all point to a general disregard to share value. 1 Refusal of cash at higher levels, points to a lack of understanding of the current market and allowing the price to drop to significantly lower levels shows a total lack of judgement. 2 Discounted placing , when there is better options for maintaining share holder value. If they had done a share holder subscription only offer . For the full 500 k , I think it would of filled. Obvious derisking of exposure to nuog by lth, lead to the decline seen from .94. The offer of discount to shareholders would of been a honest approach and protected share holders value. 3 Timing of placing to letter of intent. Was a clear signal of entrapment. Showing no regard to current and future shareholders. CM | thecashmoney
01/4/2019 23:41 | Iog / Nuog They just missed out on a buyout. Seems like a perfect time to get involved. And hey let's face it Nuog will never afford Newfoundland on it's own to drill. Maybe iog could help there? Me thinks the iog Bod would be very very interested once Mfdevco and Rmri Alan Damien Simon And co are gone! Just Nuog and Graham Scotton No more GTW pish. Cheers BT | oldsnrtom
01/4/2019 23:36 | Graham Scotton. Once you are free here of Mfdevco and Rmri. Go talk with IOG the oil and gas Aimer. About Nuog coming onboard. And iog taking control of Newfoundland Assets. To work on with profits later. See how good am I Iog would be interested in Graham Scotton and Newfoundland assets. See it as a down payment on their current oil plans which are good. And there you go. BT is more than just a pretty face. And most thought I wasn't here to help. | oldsnrtom
01/4/2019 23:31 | Graham's wife.. "Honey your phone is going nuts!! Damien Simon and Alan have been calling you tonight!! Why so late? 🤔🤔 | oldsnrtom
01/4/2019 23:25 | Say goodbye to Mfdevco. Say hello to Nuog surviving and maybe even doing something great. Without the Mintys. Wow now even Tom Winnifreth would support that!! I would be well proud of you. I might even go as far to say I would let everyone know Graham Scotton Nuog buy it now. Once you cut Mfdevco and Rmri out for good. And cut salarys down. Better late than never BT | oldsnrtom
01/4/2019 23:15 | So Alan says staff is now at Mfdevco doing the work. Well shareholders say they want to support Graham Scotton at Nuog. Not really interested in Mfdevco since Enegi Alan failed 5 yrs at GTW. Anyway Alan can run Mfdevco with his staff and make money surely? Without Nuog issues? So what's the problem? Lol. If Alan wants any of Nuog he can buy shares now! Jog on time Alan Minty. | oldsnrtom
01/4/2019 23:11 | Tell Simon he has to be there too. But don't talk to him. Just straight out cut him to £10k a year. BT | oldsnrtom
01/4/2019 23:08 | Alan was angry yes. You ousted him. Get ready to see him blow his wee blood vessels in his head if you do this. Lol 🤣🤣 | oldsnrtom
01/4/2019 23:05 | To win here. Cut cash flow to staff. Cut ties with Mfdevco. And Rmri. Nuog or nothing. See how Damien and Alan like that idea? I'm BT I would make a great boss! Fair but a right kunt if you dont perform after a year never mind 12! | oldsnrtom
01/4/2019 23:04 | I never shorted any shares in the past.. | icac
01/4/2019 23:03 | BT is a fair man. You can hold an EGM and cut the outgoings by wages alone. Staff and keep a skeleton crew. All focus on Nuog only. Cut ties with Mfdevco Focus on Newfoundland. With Graham Scotton Forget Consulting fees and ask what Mompesson Consulting is all about. What wages Alan and Damien get there? | oldsnrtom
01/4/2019 23:01 | And no Nuog money goes to Alan Minty. It's up to Rmri and Mfdevco to support his wage and Damiens. Give Simon £10,000 a year. With £30k on good communications performance over the next 12 months 👍 | oldsnrtom
01/4/2019 22:58 | Nothing going on here years of lies! Avoid ✌️ | nudog69
01/4/2019 22:55 | Or kick them out forever! ✌️ | nudog69
01/4/2019 22:55 | Grossly overpaid salaries are drowning Nuog! So first port of call is to stop this. That's what companies do when they face not paying Bill's guys. Why is Nuog any different? If anything the Bod should be cut to £30,000 each and that's still grossly overpaying them. But you will keep staff and save your Company. And make sure money goes to deals! And attract investors finally. BT | oldsnrtom
01/4/2019 22:52 | Nuog make £970,000 losses a year. 12 months £80,833 per month. How will you get past month 6? On Bill's alone? So it's not for any deals. However if you hold an EGM Sack Damien Simon Allison And the 2 others Barr Graham That saves you how much? £500,000? £750,000? £970,000? !!!!! The answer is right in front of you. Stop the wages to people who dont do anything. Leave a few Bod to get a deal with £500,000. And check Grahams wage at the Egm too and take it down to a reasonable level! BT | oldsnrtom |
