03/8/2017 08:09 | I think that John Holmer is referring to net margins, just reading the last AGM statement he say the following. "The net margin, whilst showing a significant improvement, is 0.93%, which the board continues to consider an unsatisfactory return." And now that the legacy contracts are history it is worth noting that the adjusted PBT was £5.912 at the last full year which would equal a net margin of 2.36%. So a target of 5% net margins within 5 years does look realistic. Largest water division at 53% revenue before the recent large contract with Severn Trent achieved 2.65% net margins last full year. | interceptor2
03/8/2017 07:41 | ok, so on full year results, presuming he is talking of OP? that would make £12.5m add in depreciation gives EBITDA of around £15m no? market cap currently £40m and net cash by then would easily equate IMO to market cap as net cash currently around £11m...so by then business would be in for "free"? DYOR and I am sure my maths is wrong, maybe if he is talking about PAT then you can work it out yourself, either way I'm a big old holder and believe this to be undervalued by many multiples over the medium-term....i.e. his 5 years! 02/8/2017 13:26 | I'm not expecting too much from the results given we have already risen on the back of the contract news but like CC2014 it's the long term that matters now. | battlebus2
02/8/2017 13:26 | well said and indeed, but with limited liquidity any little buying should move it sharply as you say...let's hope newsflow adds to the demand. | qs99
02/8/2017 13:23 | The buying doesn't really matter. If the results are good it will go up and vice-versa. I'm happy to hold for another 2-5 years so whilst it's nice to see the buy flow and the price going up it will move next way one way or another. Upwards we hope! | cc2014
02/8/2017 13:17 | let's hope it is the start of buying into what will hopefully be further good news next week....DYOR etc.... | qs99
02/8/2017 12:58 | well only a week to go now, so hopefully see more buying ahead of 10th ....GLA | qs99
02/8/2017 12:52 | The market is so thin on this stock. Not surprising at 70%+ are held by the family and Mr Chorlton. One buy of 180 shares at 12:45:36 and at 12:45:41 the MM's move the bid up by 5p! | cc2014
31/7/2017 12:54 | 10 days to interims, would like to see some buying ahead of that! GLA | qs99
27/7/2017 21:34 | Yes indeed, should hopefully give us a sign of progress and where the valuation could head to GLA | qs99
27/7/2017 20:33 | Pleased to see these hit my target of £4, looking forward to the interims on the 10th of August. 🤞 | battlebus2
27/7/2017 17:22 | No worries about the news, it would be nice if it does turn out to be a substantial award, hopefully we shouldn't have too long to wait. Encouraging price action today and like CC2014 said it's positve that little sells kicked in when the bid hit £4. | junior21
27/7/2017 15:45 | assume another delayed buy trade coming through later and more importantly it appears there aren't any pre-loaded limit sell order at 400. Yehhhaaaa | cc2014
27/7/2017 14:40 | junior21, really appreciate you sharing this news, thank you. | interceptor2
27/7/2017 13:45 | Thanks junior21 for finding that news out. Fantastic. | cfro
27/7/2017 13:04 | Just added at 410, trade not showing as of yet 3266 shares | panic investor
27/7/2017 11:28 | Nice buy this morning. I would imagine it won't take much to move the MM's after that. | cc2014
26/7/2017 19:51 | Once the contracts are formally awarded any RNS would depend on how much of £1bn pie we have been given. Anything over £30m would possibly warrant an RNS? | junior21
26/7/2017 19:31 | haha, fair point! | qs99
26/7/2017 19:30 | Hope not - I need to add | panic investor
26/7/2017 19:07 | wonder if they will need to put an RNS tomorrow about this? | qs99
26/7/2017 18:52 | wow, great find junior21! | qs99 |
