slice,
that theory has already been floated on this board. It could well happen!

I don't know why this is being called a 'dog' etc. It was probably a fair comment last year, but this is a new company. The old tantalum company has gone. This is a clean shell, in a very in-demand sector. Happy to hold on for the inevitable 'strategic investor'. It's happened so many times here over the past year or so. Instant 400%+ rises are typical when it does.

A little patience will be handsomely rewarded.

Excellent news for those who seek to average !

Still cannot understand why a hedge fund bought a chunk this month at over 1p.

From the Simon Cawkwell diary, 11 April :-

Noventa (NVTA) continues to do the decent thing and evaporate. Soon, there might be as much as 0.2p left. I can't imagine that there'll be any particular hurry to buy even then.

Yes, I'm ready to average back in over the next day or two.

I love molluscs, and this is one cheap shell. Too cheap. Could be worth several times this to the right private co.

Nothing changed today. We just got confirmation of what is already known, and the MMs decide to make hay at the expense of those stupid enough to have stops in place.

Rock bottom... even by shell standards, and this is a resource/mining shell, the most sought after 'variety'.

Wait for a suitable entry..
Look at PIRI....its less than 1 fifth of the price of NVTA...and that is also a clean shell.
Imho this definatley will fall further.

MMs just clearing out all the stops. Anyone still short should be closing at this level. We just had the final capitulation. Should recover to 'fair shell value' c. £1m.
When a 'strategic investor' appears this will rocket like other Shells have (Parkmead, Crosby/Zoltav, GCM, NEOS, Tricor, etc, etc).

So, what's changed?
This just finalises what we already know.

The split from Richmond/HAMCM is complete. We are now officially a stand-alone shell in a very good sector with a queue of miners looking to list cheaply on the London Stock Market. Bring it on.

Hardly a 'gamble' at 0.7m m/cap and 0.7p sp!
In fact has a lot more going for it than most shells.

Time will tell. Happy to wait.

You may - but as I say it's a hell of a gamble when you no longer know who runs the company with what objectives in mind. They sure as hell won't be looking after your little interests.

"Ahead of the herd" suggests there are several other witless deer milling around undecided whether to drink from the lake whilst the lions look on - I'd say they'd have long since bolted for the hills if not already locked in, so who's going to give you more than you paid for your shares?

Disagree.
Private investors make money by investing before the 'herd'. By the time the herd arrives the biggest gains have already been had.

Can't see any real downside from here, so just a case of being patient.
