Averaged in, at a little under 0.59p. Only about 25% down overall now.
No complaints! (In fact could be quite happy by the end of the week).

cheers jojo...but after the debacle here...thinking why would i want to buy around this level or average down...they could get kicked in the gollies again???

rather wait a while till all the quick traders are in and out..and dust setles..roll on a month or two..may get in much lower..or they have taken off...but to buy now makes no sense for me. gl

comedy, I know you were in fairly big. Sorry to hear it. It may recover a little by close.

It was a very interesting (clean & quick) solution to their difficulties. No liquidation, administration, suspension, de-listing, etc. They've ended up with a cash-shell in the sought after mining sector, plus some cash. So very 'clean' from an RTO standpoint. Clever outcome. It could provide a blueprint for others in the same situation.

I invested in this because it was (at around £1m) worth the same approx. as an AIM shell. An AIM shell in natural resources is worth up to 50% more imo. So this could, in reality, be worth more than it was last Friday... as a shell. It will take a little time to feed through to the share price though. After that, if we get a privateer or entrepreneur on board (like at NEOS) this could prove to be an eventual winner. Not overnight of course.

Not much risk buying into a sub-£1m cash shell.

Looks like todays news is actually a positive overall, as Noventa have got rid of the loss making business to become a cash shell. Now they stopped throwing good money after bad it looks like its onwards and upwards.

What planet are you on, they have today confirmed that they defaulted on the terms of their loan agreement and will now handover the assets of the business that were the security provided for the loan and you feel that the markdown is unjustified – LOL.

They are consuming cash and the professional fees associated with the actions arising from the RNS issued today will soon eat into the monies raised. So the risks here remain high despite the mark down today.

The potential of the cash shell here is the only reason for me to still be happy holding.

To help that chance of finding multi baggers, I rather invest any further money into new companys.
I will hold Noventa for however long it takes.

This is a 10 bagger they alway come up the reason is without the stoxck market they cant raise money anywhere else...
