20/3/2013 16:28 | Apelover That was so funny when u posted saying you would buy a curry and a few cans of premium beer with your mega win on MTV, which was £15-£17 if remember well. | ninja 19
20/3/2013 16:17 | As you know full well it was you and not me who got burnt by GAME and HMV. That is why you've been forced onto the game at tilbury docks. | applelover

19/3/2013 16:31 | Is holding 46,000 shares akin to throwing £300 in the bin? That's the question i'm wrestling with. What are the odds here? Is it a gamble where rewards make the risks worth taking? 1. I know nothing about cash shells. 2. No-one has any idea of the intentions of the company. 3. Noone knows how much the mine will be sold for. It essentially like betting on a horse without any knowledge of horse racing. Plus the horse has not run and comes from terrrible breeding. I've lost a grand here and only my stubborness is keeping me a holder. | applelover
19/3/2013 10:09 | tradermel yes quite agree proper anti money laundering verification too boot | warwick69
19/3/2013 09:45 | warwick69 it is high time ADVFN stopped allowing multiple user accounts and attempted to clear up the mess created by the rampers and derampers. Ip's licnked to a bank account would be a start .... | tradermel
19/3/2013 09:44 | Warwick Take a look here. Ive bought in yesterday and awaiting 10-15p. NAV is 22p | zendik
19/3/2013 09:40 | wow i am so glad i sold out at 1.29 it looked all wrong from 1.7 there were far too many really big sellers and it now appears that someone obviously new what was coming and massive positions were offloaded? whatever happened to the guy on LSE UK_Steve whio said he was buying up over 3% of company now seems like he was a ruse to get more to buy whilst in reality, i guess he was trying to aid the big sell off with out the share price collapsing. As we never got any RNS holding with a new 3% holder... just goes to show you really can not believe hardly anyone on these trecherous Buletin Boards!!! i think it is high time that all hidden avatar's should be made illegal and if people want to post then it should all be real names nd real contact numbesr so FSA can police this dispicable and downright criminal activity... 19/3/2013 08:31 | lol don if only u had said that before i jumped in big style??? | comedy
19/3/2013 08:30 | pwhite i got hammered here yesterday...went home to read the rns..you forget there is The Settlement Agreement is expected to result in a net payment due from the Company to HAMCM of approximately $165,000 which will be discharged from monies accruing to the Company from the new funds raised as detailed below...also nice to see cash raised and GBP475,671 before expenses and actual is GBP434,000 which will be utilised for the Company's general working capital purposes. take out the $165k ...then what are we left with??? think cawkwell 0.2p may be too low...but they hit 0.4p yesterday ...can see it appearing with time if not 0.3p...also have a feeling this has all been engineered to get the mine off us...and the investing carp is to mollify us...so time passes...roll on a month or 6 and we will trully know if nvta is going anywhere or the boys are paying themselves some more cash while hunting their next jobs as charlies in the chocolate factory??? | comedy
18/3/2013 23:13 | This company is not a cash shell. The monies raised is simply to pay directors fees. What the hell can they do with £434k? Nothing, nothing at all. | pwhite73
18/3/2013 23:01 | I would think that to deliberately cause a company to overreach itself and default on its obligations in such a short span of time looks very suspicious to me and certainly not acting in the best interests of the shareholders. I'm not familiar with the new powers vested in the FSA to limit corruption in AIM listed companies, but would have thought that this would be worth bringing to the FSA's attention. What's the betting that the currently low levels of Tantulum production don't stay at those levels for long, once this sham deal has taken place. | ukpatco
18/3/2013 22:04 | Dito. :] | b1llyboy
18/3/2013 21:32 | Whilst I wouldn't say it has always been the case, some of the directors could have a conflict of interest, and the terms of the SLF may have been set at a clearly unrealistic, unachievable level. That would have had the inevitable effect of driving HAMC Minerals (the operating subsidiary) into the arms of Richmond. The thinking being, I suppose, that a debt and pressure free HAMCM could immediately reduce cash burn, then eventually sort out the new plant and in time bring it into profitable production. Remember of course Richmond are still Noventa's biggest shareholders, and the directors who have resigned could now be working directly for HAMCM/Richmond, and that alone is the reason behind their resignations. It certainly isn't an ideal situation, and long-term shareholders have every right to be aggrieved. Their losses have been crystallized by this. That said, as far as Noventa is concerned it is already history and the new cash shell created today can make a fresh start. I don't suppose it's any coincidence that it (the separation) was done at a time when the m/cap was around the £1.25m mark, ie. the typical value attributable to an AIM mining shell. Accordingly recent and new investors should have less cause for complaint. In fact it is very likely this will quickly climb back to that £1.25m valuation, and beyond. Once an RTO target has been found (or found it) it could jump considerably. I expect we'll see change in name next, followed in due course, no doubt, by a 'strategic investment' which will signal the first stages of an RTO. IMPO/DYOR/NAI Jo | jojo_jo
18/3/2013 21:18 | Richmond are now the proud owners of a Tantalum mine. Good luck with that. :] | b1llyboy |
