bigbrov: Carry on the good work, even if I filtered you :-}.

Future investors need not be, lol.
NOG is finished. Going down...

Awfull credit ratings rated by two credit rating agencies:
Standard and Poor’s and Moody’s Investor Services

Agency Rating Outlook
Moody's CAA2 Negative
S.& Poor's CCC+ Stable outlook

Close to 1/2 of whatever they're making is going to the bonds repayments.
No wonder why they stopped all the work...

On the top, you'll have fat cat wages, maintenance, expenses and all sort of payments.
NOG Will soon need more money or default.
Guaranty!

In real life a 6" dwarf with a foul mouth, a sure way of having a total lack of use of the English language.

Just read some of your previous posts and you offer zero advice to anyone, that is, of any use anyway! Not sure why your hanging around these forums ?

Solarsurfer - the exploration assets are booked in the accounts at 50m usd. This compares to a group balance sheet size of 2200m usd. So even if the company are conservative and halve the value of these, we are only talking about circa 1% of the balance sheet. Of course, ala won't know this because he doesn't do any research - he doesn't know how to - but feel free to rub the point in :)

Nop, my goal is to follow up on the unfolding story and inform investors or especially NEW ONES what to expect.

And this is firework!

A board is not only for ramping but to inform first.

Remember ala paid over 185p for NOG... the man is utterly clueless :) "NOG: Back in at 185.8p. Aiming at 200p. A 40% fall form 300p to 180p is just a little bit overdone (lol) on a temporally reduced 10% production"

Agreed with Wig !
If they only intend to spend 25 mil next year and can only loan out 50% of infrastructure, then thats around 150 - 200 mil, ish!

Not bad money for doing nuffin ! They just need some good guys that can sell !

Ala, you should be able to work it out if they release qtr results ! ya noob !

Again, ala is showing he has done zero research. The FD stated in a conference call that he anticipates the ural contract to generate around $50m of free cash flow pa, and that represents one eighth of capacity. Not exactly a "well kept secret" then :)

The trouble is that no one WILL EVER KNOW how much money NOG generates with that ONE contract using the pipeline...
A well-kept secret INDEED...Is it $50,000 a year or $500,000?
NOG is finished.

A lot of factual inaccuracy. They have a cash position of over $100m, and will use $25m this year. We do not know if they have had offers for all or part of the assets, simply that there have been no "binding" offers yet. The infrastructure asset is not depleting, and they believe they can grow business from it. They will look to grow production again after further work is undertaken on the fields. Sooner of later, good news will arrive :)

You might as well PRESERVE YOUR MONEY AND STOP BUYING NOG.

I'm buying a REDD at the moment.

Got lots of HGM at 182p, but it might be late now as the train as left the station. Or the station has left the train, I forgot...

Solar: are you spaced out or what?

YOU: Surely it just needs some work?

Read the last RNS for Christ's sake!

They are suspending all the work! They've had few appraisals and none of the wells are deemed commercial.
The wells are depleting fast, so is the cash.

The only way NOG will survive is to sell some assets or the whole company.
Then again...NOG didn't even get ONE request to open their book! It's been a year.
It's a dead duck.
NOG WENT DOWN TO 5p AND IT'S PROBABLY WHERE IT'S HEADING RIGHT NOW.
CHECK THE LAST HOLDING RNS.

when are the 2019 financials declared, that might shine some light ?

Working on the 2018 results, these guys had around 2.2 bil assets,1.6 bil debts.
If it wants to share its infrastructure, I presume thats its pipelines etc, then costs will reduce to do this ?

The company still has money and assets !

Surely it just needs some work ?

Youll be surprised how many companies run on debt! Government is one of em !

I guess the downward price of the shares values the company less ? If so this makes it a better proposition to buy ?

I guess another positive solarsurfer, is that that from this level of sentiment and valuation, it would take very little positive news flow to get the market rerating this exponentially. The market cap is now such a small part of the enterprise value, that any upward movement in the ev will flow to equity holders in a highly leveraged way. That's why anyone who claims to be short is evidently a bit wet behind the ears :)

So you've invested in a company without doing your due diligence hey? The most important stuff!

Like the financials?

Please tell me that you've bought on Wingy ramp and you'll make my day! Please!!

NOG is over $1,000,000,000 in debts.

I think you deserve to be where you are right now.
Hopping that you've learned your lesson... an expensive one perhaps?
