22/1/2020 08:07 | "In addition, the Company is in discussions with other parties potentially interested in supplying raw gas to completely fill the spare capacity. Whilst the outcome of these discussions is uncertain and details of such negotiations are commercially sensitive and confidential, a successful outcome would lead to securing materially transformative, stable long-term revenues." | wigwammer
22/1/2020 08:05 | I am a bit surprised this is not down more this morning. | pec2004
22/1/2020 07:28 | Ala is obviously the master investment guru... What time frame on his 200p target?!! Lololololololol "NOG: Back in at 185.8p. Aiming at 200p. A 40% fall form 300p to 180p is just a little bit overdone (lol) on a temporally reduced 10% production? | wigwammer
22/1/2020 07:22 | wigwammer: tell us master investor guru, up or down? | alamaison5

18/1/2020 13:40 | ORM: Costa: We know where the floor is, .65p guaranteed. So, if you're planing buying try to get as close as possible from that silly price. 52 Week Low: 0.575p Market Cap: £3m The seller: City and country of registered office: Holding now below 3%. From 8.95%. Risk: Should the Disposal not take place, Shareholders should be aware of the possibility that Saloro SLU ("Saloro") could become in default under the terms of its debt financing by Oaktree (and require a waiver from Oaktree), and the security given by Ormonde over its shares in Barr BV, as part of the 2015 financing, could be enforced. In such event, the Board believes that it would be unlikely that any value would be retained by Shareholders. Reason for the disposal: Low grade and additional funding requirement, which is currently estimated by the Company to be in the region of €12-15 million. The offer is: a cash consideration of €6 million. If ORM is able to pull this off, it will be at a considerable loss to them. But we don't care, do we? And make sure you remember that: security given by Ormonde over its shares in Barr BV, as part of the 2015 financing, could be enforced. In any scenario were such enforcement action to be taken, the Board believes that limited to no value would be forthcoming to Shareholders. he €6 million net cash consideration is to be received by Ormonde in full on closing, currently expected to be around 14th February 2020 (subject to passing of the resolutions at the EGM). Volatility is the trader paradise, isn't? | alamaison5
