27/6/2018 08:27 | I see WTI is back over $70 a barrel which is ensuring on current numbers - not those that will include G6 - NTOG is turning over $250,000 a month... And summer doldrums or whatever, all for under $7m market cap! Topicel | topicel
26/6/2018 12:21 | Matt says he is interested in acquiring from what he sees are many distressed oilers who don't have good balance sheets and certainly not cash flow positive as we are thanks to overloading debt when the oil price was a killing less than $30. Servicing all that debt is making them vunerable to opportunist buyers and all is fair in love, war and the oil game! Whatever NTOG buys just needs to be of great value to our bottom line immediately so we can start to see shareholder value again here. This is well under-priced at 3.6p... Being saying that for a while though. Topicel | topicel
26/6/2018 10:15 | Nighthawk energy fire sale in Colorado - I wonder whether NTOG would be interested | croasdalelfc
25/6/2018 09:20 | Ok, going into production is promising. The details should be very soon thereafter as to the additional bopd pumped which makes us even more cash flow positive - even if modestly. The next lot of information should also be the more SP-enhancing news that another lot of permits have been granted from our remaining 21 or so leases and the one outstanding available to drill is about to spud. Income is not an issue as oil has stabilised around $67 after the last fortnight's fun and games at OPEC. Predictions are still for higher too, in the main. We are earning a coo $250k a month and no matter what p/e that comes out - normally - as far better than a $7m market cap. Something will re-boot this again. Just possibly an increase in the Washington Federal Bank financing line from $1.2m on tap to the full $5m that is already underwritten but not yet accessible. Reviewing as we speak... 25/6/2018 07:59 | So not a barnstorming rns but a positive one. Let's hope to see share price close above 4p. Although I don't really expect that. Think we may get more news on development this week. RC | arsey
23/6/2018 04:08 | What drop. Ended blue, consistent support at 3.6p | guyswonga74
22/6/2018 08:19 | Why the drop? | iloveit
21/6/2018 22:24 | Certainly there is every reason to add or take a fresh position at these levels RC. The cash is still flowing, whether the G6 is adding much or not, as oil has remained constant at $65 average now for months since our maiden cash flow positive month in February. But that isn't the key. In the oil sector the plans for further drilling and the excitement (or disappointment) is still the main catalyst for share price movement, even in small fry like NTOG. In fact, the reaction can be extreme on such news, as we well (lol) know here. I guess it is Monday for the barnstormer RNS now...time to jiggle the portfolio for some deadwood sales and add spare cash for a naughty little buy in the morning. Unlikely Matt will issue anything on a Friday methinks. Good luck Topicel | topicel
21/6/2018 19:16 | Looking for a barnstormer of a RNS now 1) Flow rates 2) Plan for further drilling 3) Increase in banking facilities Our days will come. Production underpinned by steady oil price giving steady month on month revenues. GLA RC | arsey
19/6/2018 19:29 | Just seeing a large lot of value being wiped out of my portfolio over the last few weeks | markth126
19/6/2018 11:23 | And so the slide continues for no reason. | steveqo
18/6/2018 16:45 | A bounce soon here hopefully. Are there still a few warrant flippers out there!? | novicetrade68
08/6/2018 18:58 | Fire sale at Magnolia , is Matt Lofgren after cheap assets https://twitter.com/ | croasdalelfc
06/6/2018 13:48 | Yes, looks all set for 5p at first, flow rates confirmed hopefully very soon too.. | novicetrade68
06/6/2018 13:42 | Adding at the bottom of the channel, chart looking good from here. | leonsito

04/6/2018 09:50 | Looking Good ! | chinese investor
04/6/2018 08:43 | Basically spelling out to the market how undervalued NTOG is right now. | tidy 2
04/6/2018 08:37 | Exactly Tidy, the alignment of options with existing PIs and other investors to a 108% share price rise is significant indeed. We are presently bringing in around quarter million dollars a month now and valued at just $10m, a ridiculous p/e ratio imho. 10p is more realistic... Topicel | topicel
04/6/2018 08:34 | Maybe, I suspect nearer to 5.5p with 8p exercise of warrants IF Matt deems there is a target he feels will impact our potential to grow quicker. I'm sure for the current expansion plans the existing finance facility and our own funds in the coffers and cash flow will be sufficient to keep drilling. The Washington Federal Bank loan will be getting reviewed as we speak and we can expect available funds to increase from $1.2m at present to within the existing $5m limit at least, if not beyond that with an increase in the limit to, say, $7.5m? That news will be later this month I suspect, along with lots more on the G6 production... Topicel | topicel
04/6/2018 08:30 | Accordingly, the Board has approved the grant of an additional 11,500,000 new share options over Ordinary Shares ("New Share Options") with an exercise price of 5 pence ("Exercise Price"). The Exercise Price of the New Share Options represents a 30 per cent. premium to the closing mid-market price of an Ordinary Share on 1 June 2018.The New Share Options for the Board will only vest once the share price reaches 8 pence per Ordinary Share for 10 consecutive trading days, a 108 per cent premium to the closing mid-market price of an Ordinary Share on 1 June 2018 | tidy 2
04/6/2018 08:08 | Looks like 8p warrants coming as ntog surges on . | iloveit
04/6/2018 08:06 | Well that shows the directors too understand the progress made these last two years to where we are cash flow positive and growing production steadily has not been reflected in our market cap in terms of share price. Setting their options at 8p is more than reasonable and indicative of how this should be valued at £10-11m right now imho. The downside is nil if you want a small oiler in your portfolio that is generating cash and expanding with strong loan facilities and hedging arrangements with Washington Federal Bank and BP in place... Next permits and drill-ready operations imminent too. A good year of progress. Topicel | topicel
04/6/2018 07:35 | Very solid set of results there. Looking very good here at the plc level. Good to see share options exercisable at 8p for directors | guyswonga74 |
