Oh, I forgot, they gave us a $25m hedging facility to protect against any downside in the oil price. Unheard of for a junior oiler - I wonder what they saw in our portfolio within the Permian to support us like that...?

Probably something to do with the second and third wells being drilled as we watch with strike target due in under 48 hours, with 21 more to follow and all self-financing or via a $5m loan at a 4.75% interest rate with Washington Federal Bank. Maybe something like that...!

All that cash flow lined up as oil prices explode on upwards - something about an Iran sanction Presidential Order or such like? Funny why anyone would like to invest in NTOG today and going forward with all that maiden cash flow since February just piling up...lol.

Would be nice to see Nostra taking a majority position in troubled US oil producer Nighthawk Energy. They need ASAP capital to pay off debt $21m. The reward for a buyer is the producing asset generating $1.5-2m per month. I own shares in both companies, but seems to be limited chance to recover from Hawk unfortunately. From this what I remember Ntog strategy is to is buy stake in undervalued assets.

On the stellar hedging arrangement news with BP (which told us all something about what was underscoring little NTOG) last September, the share price almost doubled on something ridiculous like 28m shares traded.

That was such a big sign of confidence and a similar moment is near I feel. What the exact catalyst will be is unclear - the markets are never that predictable - but being positioned to take advantage of a rising tide and on board is not a bad place to be.

If it is 'location, location, location' in the property market then its 'momentum, momentum, momentum' in stocks and shares. Run the winners.

Personally I have made a mental note that this is a hold through the spring with a 6-8p target.

Technically the spring could be defined as lasting up to 21st June, so I hope to be revising my own hold and buy terms here if the value price has already been reached by then.

It certainly has the look and feel of breaking out above old 2018 highs of 5.5p, and that would be a very strong signal if achieved this week.

The demand is clearly there ;)

Yep, still say the last of the warrant holders are just keeping the MMs in stock. Just.

Later this morning we will see 5p bid, if not we are working a big last sell imho.

Two million traded already and not yet 9.45. 4.97p just paid apparently...

Indeed, I think some 'flipping' warrant holders who care or know little about the company are still taking their 3p holding coin. Nice enough churn but we kinda understand better what is unfolding here, don't we Dandy?

The Iran nonsense is about to come to an earlier conclusion it seems, so maybe some choppy oil-related investment moments later today, but either way we must be returning to 5p on our own basis imho.

And then new calendar years highs later in the week. Probably still plenty taking the sun today in the Smoke.
