01/12/2017 07:59 | So no news is...good news? As mentioned, with just 122m shares in issue and much in tight hands like management (with non-exec Chairman taking shares in lieu of 130,000€ salary/bonuses as recently as July, the pressure here to resume back to a genuine market cap after the restructuring and share consolidation in mid-2016 is building. Only natural as £4m is a cheap valuation for all these assets and potential. Topicel | topicel

30/11/2017 21:28 | Yes, a good sign. Well it seems that we acquired the share that belonged to Echo giving us 50%. This deal is pretty well detailed at the start of the page. It seems as though there were cash calls from North that Echo (in their former guise) thought were over egged and refused to pay so bad blood ended in an acrimonious divorce. We seem to have helped Echo exit and the deal is as above. Seems interesting to me how so many plays get mothballed when oil price is low that spring back to life when the price is rising. I don’t believe Egypt is in the share price and the CEO has been saying how undervalued we are for some time. Permian Basin assets have been assessed independently at $11m on a lower WTI price as per RNSs | 1bluehorseshoe
30/11/2017 21:24 | Arab3>>>> Since i have disposed of the Properties, bought more Gold bullion and Jumped through a few Hoops to get it a trading account. Opening it was a little more complicated than a personal account, various declarations etc, company docs needed sending, bank statements. Once approved it operates like a standard account. So yes it can be done. I cannot recall declaring it as a pure investment company, however the application form goes into the LTD companies, principle activities. No reason a LTD company you use for say Plumbing, cant have an investment arm. Its handy because i dont view it the same as my personal account. Meaning i tend to be less twitchy about selling, which= more gains. Usually. | blueshoes7
30/11/2017 21:17 | blue horse shoe. Whats your take on Egypt and the areas NTOg have access to. I guess its all documented. But being lazy do you mind Nutshelling it? As in timeframe, BOPD and best scenario Ntogs Turnover if fully accessed using current Oil price? Understand if you say go work it out myself. But your more in tune here than i am. Thanks in advance. Another blueshoes:) Strange two Blueshoes here is it not? | blueshoes7
30/11/2017 21:15 | blueshoes is your ltd company only for investments or a business ? i used to have a ltd co when self employed but did not know about this | arab3
30/11/2017 21:10 | I spoke to the CEO a few weeks ago and he was very keen to mention Egypt saying that we get the first million barrels at only $1.09 cost per barrel and that he’d been there a few times this year stating how improved the relationship is now that it’s just North and us. He also mentioned how key the BP hedge facility would be going forward. | 1bluehorseshoe
30/11/2017 21:07 | And yep Blueshoes, the company was over 5 billion shares at one point before the 2016 consolidation which, and I was one who had 'bottom drawer' stock, hurt many LTHs. But rightly or wrongly I always keep a watchful eye over old holdings (while trying to also observe the maxim not to fall in love with a stock) and I liked what was developing as a result of the drastic measures that the consolidation wrought. Anyway, enough drivel from moi, à demain! Oh, and iloveit, you can keep the bananas mate, just give us the proper valuation in LSD! Topicel | topicel
