Yes Tom's miffed with this news, just as I thought he would be.

This was a bit of a proxy battle, a tag team contest between Team Tom and Matt v team Dan and Rita.

With this clever ploy Rita and Dan landed a blow behind the ref's back, and have carried the day.

Rita has carried the day with today's Magnolia news and the issue of 700 million new shares, there's no way ML can win the vote at the GM now, I guess NTOG will withdraw.

Tom and BMD both battled hard for their respective sides, but it would appear neither saw this move coming........

"However, before I begin, I would like to assure all shareholders that if I were voted onto the board of Magnolia my primary goal as a director of that Company would be to work in the best interests of Magnolia. Just as I have helped oversee the restructuring of Nostra Terra's business model over the last year and a half"

Oh yes you restructured(SHAFTED) well, many NTOG shareholders well and truly SHAFTED (restructured)

No salary in the first year but bet your bottom Dollar I make up for in year 2

2016 loss, but: In the first 4 months of 2017 revenue from Pine Mills alone have surpassed 2016 total revenue. Since then our rate of production has increased further with net cashflow being a significant contributor to our corporate overheads. We have also consolidated our position at East Ghazalat, Egypt, and begun solving the issues there. We now own 50% of that asset and that revenue will be reflected in our 2017 financial report.

concession in Egypt ("East Ghazalat") for US$3.5 million, operated by North
Petroleum ("the Operator"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of China ZhenHua Oil Co,
Ltd, a Chinese state-owned oil company. The effective date of this acquisition
was 1 July 2015 and accordingly NTOG has reported its production and revenues
derived from East Ghazalat from that date."

Pine Mills is currently producing around 100 barrels of oil a day (we have 100% interest).
Egypt will soon producing 1,000 barrels of oil a day (we have a 50% interest).
