It must have dawned on them, there is no appetite for a placing at this stage or Price! It appears for now momentum has been stopped. Poor judgement by the management. I'm am a huge holder of shares too. And now down on price

Reading the RNS I must admit its a strange decision, What has happened for the company to now no longer require funds?? do they know something which will push the share price into orbit and therefore do a placing at a much higher level??

The fact that they were discussing it says enough to me that there will be one coming soon, best left alone until clarity is made imo.

The board must have done more than "discuss" the placing at a meeting because, if that's all they did,....
...how was there a leak ?

It's an awful RNS, we were going to have a placing but because we were rumbled on social media we won't bother!!!! Quick no ones looking sneak a dilution in.... see no one notice.

Bit of a terse note. They could have said we no longer need the cash or there will be no dilution in the next few months

Sound like they can use the cash being generated from Pine mills to fund ongoing work. Or they have been given the nod from IRG things are about to be sorted which would give then the funds??

In response to comment on social media regarding a fundraise of the Company, Nostra Terra confirms that a placing of new stock was in contemplation on 17 February 2017 but that the board of Nostra Terra has decided now not to proceed with the placing.

Don't know....I notice the placing has not been denied. The CEO has been very quiet and some form of statement could have been made after such a fall. I want to buy more at this price but too many aim placings at the moment so I will just watch. How much placings have Ntog done over the last 5 years??

Morning disappointment on the drop last week as rerate was holding very well.Mlofgran with John Stafford tie in now has to show that it was only a treeshake for investors & not a dilution slippery nightmare again.Interesting as all was and hoping is still on great vibes of rerate price surge on oil production and more good news coming.Market is on the fence again ....Will investors take the price dip bargain?

Hmm funny drop in price sends panic selling.What does this mean?Basically your getting cheaper shares on the dip ....interesting play but tbh that's the markets.Still reckon this is ready for a nice upward trend after this dip .
