Yes Paul apologies The New Share Options for the Board will only vest once the share price reaches 8 pence per Ordinary Share for 10 consecutive trading days, a 108 per cent premium to the closing mid-market price of an Ordinary Share on 1 June 2018. The New Share Options for employees and consultants will vest one year from the date of the award.

8p options are at 8p bluehorseshoe. Five consecutive days probably, but they are set at 8p and not 10p.

Mat & Kristen can then buy them at 5p, which would be admirable reward if it happened.

The recent set back in share price here has meant they need a really quick appraisal and activity and early successes with Mesquite. The gains can be swift at NTOG as we've seen though...

Egypt is always on the back burner; any out of left field announcement about the arbitration ruling in favour of NTOG, or even to get the whole thing moving on agreed terms, would make 8-10p an easy target of course.

But I'd say it is very much blue sky still.

1% is a goodly amount - 1.5m shares or so? Mind you, £23k is not much less than half that yourself (once) Dabs. You will need Egypt mate!

Sound advice. But patience is very often rewarding Dabs just see how mesquite changes things into next year. News not far off and 2019 production already hedged.

I'm a very LTH not once bitter just a little bit frustrated with it on times, I've been here since 2009, bought in at 1.77p, started as a hobby didn't fully understand everything at the time but loved NTOGs business model.I averaged down to 0.65, with a lot of hard earned cash, then got 50:01 consolidation, wow that really hurt and now sat with an average of 32p, thats why I dream of such a great Sp I would love to get my money back, a bit of profit would be a bonus, the biggest thing I've learnt is not to put all your eggs in one basket especially starting out.Will I ever see my 23k investment, I hope so as I've learnt a lot and I would love to reinvest in other shares, but waiting patiently on the side lines.Lol get a hobby the wife said, I should have bought a metal detector and not shares

You don't need to hope Dabs, we're in arbitration so something will come of it and nothing is priced into the share price Egypt aside the business is cash flow positive with informal offers of free carries on horizontal drilling at Mesquite!Sometimes you can be swayed by the doom and gloom LTH who were consolidated and not realise what a strong position we're in.

Mesquite will give us a big multiple of current flow rate without Egypt despite the LSE idiots not being able to read any RNS. Report due mid December, arbitration anytime Dyor

The hedging facility can be used anywhere in the world as Matt has always pointed out and Egypt is priced against Brent

Looks like people waking up to the possibility of us getting a favourable outcome in arbitration for Egypt. Over 1m barrels at cost of $1US dollar per barrel! Should rerate ntog a tad
