Try Bahama 5.5p 90 mil m.c. and no profit, Hurricane 1,000 mill m.c. 55p and no income for another 6 months. Makes ntog look like a fire sale with 3 mill income and m.c. of just shy of 5 mill.

For the last well(twin) they waited for 30 days from bringing in into production to give flow rates. So don't hold your breath on that one. Would like to see next move to increase production and what is happening with the senior lending facility in terms of a review. RC

Topical, Based on fact. If you look at what most companies are sold for and what at lot of others are valued at then 5 fold is a very fair price as have seen a few at 8 times so 5 is not out of order or over priced. Have been in this game for 30 years now, ever since Maggie opened the market to the small investor.

The 890k trade was redeemed as a delayed trade after hours - poo 13 percent higher than 12th of January when share price closed at 5.5 and since then production has increased to record levels (April) more increase to come with recent well just put into production - lots of drill ready wells near term to drill too - probably the only company on aim with a lending facility of $5m with a 4.75 percent interest rate - so dilution can be ruled out. The facility will be used I imagine to buy a distressed asset when Matt finds the most accretive one. Options don't vest until share price is 8p from memory. Very very surprised given all of this that this cash flow positive company - almost entirely debt free - isn't significantly higher. IMO DYOR GLA

I wonder if the 890k sell at 3.30p was one of the last few warrant flippers out there and whether MMs have been aware there were still some out there who took on these warrrants yet looking for a quick buck. The buying and following rise after is at least encouraging.

Cinoib - that was a bit harsh. Rarely post here as that is exactly what I've been doing - being patient!

More seriously though, would you care to explain your m/cap at five-times-income opinion? It is just a rough guess, finger-in-the-air comment or actually based on real world averages? Especially on AIM.

Are you not referring to p/e ratios and price to profit comparisons, in which case they are not pointing to such a heady valuation, are they? The 100% however is a reality as it has happened before, even if over a few days/weeks.

Interested to know.

You don't need to keep repeating yourself, regulars here know full well that we are grossly under valued and sooner or later the mm's will wake up to that fact and stick a 100% rise on the share price while we're not looking. SO be patient, it will come. Market cap should be 5 times income, clearly it isn't. Remember, everything comes to he who waits.
