29/1/2015 15:05 | Has anyone got a battery pack? This thing needs a friggin jump start!! | 1fox1
25/1/2015 19:08 | Plenty of chart support at 16p - probably going to test that level. | eeza
25/1/2015 16:13 | Peaked at 23p or so some way back. Been drifting at 17/18p now and lacking direction. Bought at 7.27p and just sold at 18.25p (= 2.5 times), so can't complain. | driver7
25/1/2015 15:22 | Sorry Deanowls, chart replaced; shouldn't go to the pub at lunchtime :¬) | cestnous
24/1/2015 14:45 | I'll buy tcg at 16.5 | deanowls
24/1/2015 14:37 | Taken a bit of a bath never mind a shower in these since buying in recently. Bounce due before 16.5 maybe? free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | cestnous
23/1/2015 18:55 | Well, you could just as easily say that the upward trend from Feb 2013 is still intact with a target of 15p. But the share price (bid) has still declined by 1.5p or 8.33% since Jan 1st 2015 - so personally I would say the trend is down. Buyers have given up on the dead body, the bid is back to where it was in Aug 2013. Builders have had a terrific bullrun, building materials suppliers have had a good run - and this has gone down the toilet. | eeza
23/1/2015 18:33 | Upward trend from October is still intact. Really beginning to test my patience though. | 1fox1
23/1/2015 09:57 | Lol !!!!!!!!!!!! Large 18mth H&S formed on chart. Buyers dried up. Has achieved Dog status once again. The only way is down. Spot the trend. | eeza
13/1/2015 22:47 | Let the trend be your friend! | simon templar qc
13/1/2015 19:44 | Some big buys in recent days but yet to reflect in price. Down 20% on where I entered but happy to keep holding as trend is back up and they have a low valuation so any over performance I hope will be rewarded | davr0s
13/1/2015 14:48 | double post.. | jakedog2
13/1/2015 14:48 | IMS due shortly. Was 13th / 14th Feb, in last two yrs | jakedog2
13/1/2015 10:51 | 18p has proven strong resistance, but now broken should become support. | eeza
13/1/2015 10:43 | Not a time to sell in my opinion. 20p and onwards looks more likely. Patience is a virtue in this one. | 1fox1
13/1/2015 10:40 | AH! I would probably have done the reverse. Just my opinion | pj 1
13/1/2015 10:25 | i've sold out - will probably regret it but got sick of waiting and losing money. reinvested in ETO | harry the haddock
13/1/2015 10:11 | Getting a fair bit of buying interest here in last few days. Well undervalued imo. | nigelmoat
08/1/2015 20:41 | yes divi now in | brian91
07/1/2015 10:00 | Yes but they went XD on 4/12/14 | hatter2
07/1/2015 09:54 | I believe it's divi payday today. | fizzypop
24/12/2014 12:01 | You never know the true disposal value until you sell. Before thatit's just opinion. I'd guess that typical balance sheet asset values are out by at least 15% -and that's only the tangible assets! mct | mctmct
24/12/2014 11:38 | Well NXR should not be overstating asset values on their B/S. But then the same might arguably be said about TSCO, SBRY and MRW to name but a few. | shanklin
24/12/2014 10:40 | Maybe they just overpaid in the first instance? DbD | death by donut
24/12/2014 10:22 | Well it's 14.47% below book value which seems pretty poor business for NXS, given the strength of the property market - but I would imagine that Clowes Developments will be very happy with their side of the transaction. | eeza |
