Unfortunately I am overseas but do expect to hear some good news from the company especially around how undervalued it presently is.

Some very large buys went through today. Wonder if Neil Utley is increasing his holding.

Nice to see NSF trading back higher. I noticed the recent buy by Mr Utley made it into the Daily Mail. Will be continuing adding here along with NFX and DLAR. Expecting good things from UK equities this year.

Glasshalfull tweet:hTTps://mobile.twitter.com/Glasshalfull1/status/1215392386991427588Learned today that #NSF are holding a Capital Markets Day on 16th Jan & hopefully we'll get a trading update to coincide.Shares down (-67%) in last year as both Woodford & Invesco sold out. On current forecasts they are on a PER 3.5 for FY20 & offer a 16.5% dividend yield.

Still consolidating, tuck them away and enjoy the exceptional dividend.

Good morning, seems as though the reshuffling continues and hopefully setting a new base ready for the next move. On a separate note TCN is on the move again and worth a look.

possible Marathon Asset Management LLP
it's noticed on 18/12/2019 that they reduced about 1% holdings to 33.89M.
Woodford, Invesco and Marathon were the main ones to support recent failed RTO.

In theory they should both be out, so who is today's seller?

Does anyone have a clue how many Invesco/Woodford still have left. I have completely lost track and i am struggling to work it out with any confidence.

Do NSF have savings accounts or are they solely funded by Bonds or other corporate loans and or even shareholder money for the loan capital? I can't think of any other sources of money.

THis looks cheap etc but a slight concern would be that it was created by raising £100m share flotation 'buying' 3 existing loan businesses. Is it fair to suspect that the only real surefire winners are the owners of those 3 businesses who sold out and now we as public quoted share buyers are left with the potential/possible decline of them all? It's not exactly done well (yet?) for those who bought at IPO.

Am I too skeptical? I always worry when I buy any shares that I'm being stitched up by unscrupulous directors.

Having said all that I hope you all do ok, irrespective of whether I'm in or out.

cheers NR

Neil Utley is worth an estimated £200 million, so would not surprise me if he ups his stake further.
