25/6/2020 18:00 | Yes, also sorry to see you go CC, you've been a stalwart on this board. | eclair
25/6/2020 11:28 | Sorry I stand corrected, misread it. | igoe104
25/6/2020 11:23 | Are we sure the dividend is going ahead? Is it not "postponed" until more visibility later in year? No mention of it in the AGM update. I might have missed something. | cc2014
25/6/2020 09:17 | * A new research note has come out. | igoe104
25/6/2020 08:57 | You've got to be happy with that update - under the current circumstances. Divi in august, looks like they have been deploying the cash for working capital, which means a lot of work seems to becoming nmcn way. where i live, i constantly see NMCN working on various projects. | igoe104
25/6/2020 07:50 | All things considered a pretty decent update.....seems to be perfoming well and much better than the recent share price weakness suggests. | jaf111
25/6/2020 07:08 | Sorry to see you go CC.... Happy with this mornings update given the Covid pandemic and what disruption and damage it’s caused and is still causing. | battlebus2
24/6/2020 09:24 | Regrettably I've closed my position recently. Pity because without Covid-19 this was easily going to £10 in due course. Now I think we are in for years of overcapacity and low margin business in the construction sector. I think NMCN will fair better than most but better than something really bad doesn't cut it for me. GLA. | cc2014
08/6/2020 17:31 | Legacy Contract mentioned in Note 31 to published Accounts. Does anyone know exactly what specific contract this relates to? In the year ended 31 Dec 2019 amount lost was £1.49m (2018 Loss £0.51m). Any thoughts on how long this wretched saga will continue and what the quantum (if any) will likely be in year 2020? | networker
02/6/2020 12:29 | At last we see a rise - surly a correction is on the cards at this level.... | igoe104
29/5/2020 10:20 | Just a thought but could Stuart Proud be selling his shares now he’s retired? Last notification I have he held 110k. | battlebus2
28/5/2020 16:07 | I've joined you here CC2014, With over 20k worth over two transactions, looks very much undervalued at this level. | igoe104
22/5/2020 17:35 | Do any followers have thoughts on the recent price action here, which is now close to the low for the past year or two? There seems to be a persistent small seller (in lots of between 500 and 1,000 shares). Could it be a disaffected family member? If someone has a tranche to sell ( and there aren't many, if any, institutional shareholders ) why not achieve a better overall price by placing them via the company brokers? | networker
27/4/2020 12:40 | Ok, so not so good at the charts today but here are the comparison between buy prices now and buy prices at the close on 22nd NMCN 470 vs 440 6.8% rise GFRD 140 vs 118.5 18.1% rise MGNS 1314 vs 1346 5.5% rise CTO 97p vs 86.6p 12% rise AHT 1950 vs 1798 +8.5% SDY 64 vs 58.8p 8.8% rise Bearing in mind the actual buy price right now appears to be 449p it looks like NMCN is lagging the rest to me and no doubt it will play catch up when it is ready | cc2014
27/4/2020 10:47 | Think this may be about to move up. 1000 shares available to buy at 451 but if you want 1500 MM want 469. This would fit with some of the moves on GRFD, MGNS etc. over the last few days. I'll try and post some charts later. | cc2014
23/4/2020 13:17 | bit disappointed here. With the news housebuilding is coming back on stream along with the rest of construction, resulting in most of the housebuilders up 10% I though this would have given a little kick to NMCN and it's results today. Oh well. Maybe delayed reaction will come through later. | cc2014
23/4/2020 10:32 | I've taken a closer look now. Profits up 24% on an actual basis but would have been through the roof if not for the £3m of non-recurrent costs which we must assume won't reoccur as by their nature they are non-recurrent. Nothing of concern really. Everthing seems on track. A happy bunny here. | cc2014
23/4/2020 09:16 | Just added | lancasterbomber
23/4/2020 07:39 | Results look pretty stellar to me. Turnover in excess of £400m now on their way to becoming a major player in this sector. Profits up. Cash still very strong and omg they've finally fixed the losses on the telecomms business and when I say fixed it's not just removed from but instead turning a very healthy profit. | cc2014
14/4/2020 10:19 | Another Covid-19 update from the company.....as 24 March certainly worth a read! Definitely remains on my "Do not sell" list.....and probably about to go on my "Looking to increase" list.... | jaf111
24/3/2020 16:01 | Yes it’s pretty upbeat, given the situation to be in demand is ok by me. | battlebus2
24/3/2020 15:46 | Interesting RNS just out......some disruption buy their "services remain in demand" | jaf111 |
