Hsdeo, has to be for use as toilet paper. If you can’t buy now in supermarkets, a share certificate is much softer on the bottom than newspaper. Plus you don’t have print issues.

augustusloop i think you massively underestimate those buying shares of Shetty et al. For one you dont know what price they are being sold. And if the company was going bust why buy any shares now - wait until it is put up for sale. I guess you enjoy looking on the negative side and btw you have no clue what is happening, just like the rest of us.

Another reason for suspension that nobody has mentioned is:

When the shares are being traded - any fraud detected by the forensic accountants must be legally reported to the market immediately (because it is price sensitive).

When the shares are suspended, the accountants and company can keep the fraud quiet - with the excuse that the police are involved and it might prejudice a trial.

Shareholders will be the last to know.

If the major shareholders are currently able to off-load their massive stakes, they need a fool to buy them. The present significant holders know the extent of the frauds that they have committed -- their buyers don't!

There are only 3 reasons why a company would not pay its staff:

1) they don't have the money
2) their computer systems are not functioning or
3) they think that the payments that were previously made included fraudulent amounts and so they are checking the validity of each payment before paying.

Since their computer systems are probably ok - nobody has said otherwise then the most likely reason is that there is no money in the bank!

According to the Times, Acting CEO apologised for delay payments of salary for Feb. Staff are now being paid. All will be paid for Feb salaries by 18th.

Ithmar and Dico I would guess they know what they are doing and why they are buying up shares, more than you and I, I don't think it's for use as toilet paper as do you really, we both know your not a stupid person, but comments like that brings it to question ;)
