NMC needs new owner and shrugg off all its connections with mr Shetty and other crooks. If that happens, then FCA investigation can continue with no impact on the new NMC . Mr Shetty and other crooks have to face the music not the new NMC. I am hopefull that one bidder will come forward by next Monday.

Mr Shetty is trying to offload one of his Pharma company for $1b...Times questioning after what he has done to NMC , if he even owns that company!!! Honourable things for him is to take supply chain guarantee from NMC to his own companies.

I would expect a compromise of some sort, due to persons and Countries involved, but wouldn't bank on it. Guess you remain involved, must wait and see. FCA involvement does not look good for you.
However, you have no choice but to wait for outcome.

Co is suspended due to account irregularity - Yes?

Pwc etc checking accounts - yes?

Report will be made - Yes?

Then Co. announcement will be made - yes?

Then decision will be made re- enlist or bust.

If re enlist, you can sell, or buy if you wish!

Is that clear for you?

post 9067, re Law firm, yes. The law suit could refer to anyone that wishes to pay for it.

Result, many years litigation, usually ends in £0p.

Extremely rare that litigation succeeds.

Never know, you could be made an offer. Need to sit and wait.
