The one I feel most sorry for is hickfromthesticks. He has an unfortunate knack for investing only in AIM's biggest losers so his pension pot must be decimated by now. My heart goes out to him and others who have lost big-time on this stock.

However, it has to be said that with a little basic research, no PIs would have stayed invested here when the new CEO was appointed.

put yourself in the position of CBA.
They are owed $21m.
Now that Hawk has again defaulted and given that they are now talking chapter 11 bankruptcy, I'll be very surprised if the bank allows Hawk to continue under its own management.
Surely the appointment of an Administrator by the bank, to protect it's interests, is just around the corner.
So ... you may soon get your RNS that Rick is finally gone, however, he will turn out the lights as he walks through the door.

no, not i selling, a golden opportunity to make a purchase for those wishing to take a gamble.

Rick for one could make a second purchase and lower his break even point.

Now today presents JC an excellent opportunity to make extra purchases, as he is one of the large shareholders in the melting pot...does he buy big as he knows his plans.

The Co should have suspended the shares today pending future outcome(s) takes.

But who am i, just a shareholder

At least they gave everyone a chance to get out with something before the Chapter 11 bankruptcy notices start to be issued.

Didn't want to say but 2 days ago in US share ended - 50% and volume was very high. Certainly someone known what's coming!!

A sad day.
Rick and Chuck have been a disaster.
Feel especially sorry for you Phil, you allowed yourself to be locked in by fear and that may have cost you your pension (SIPP)funds .
Debt kills Companies.
I took a massive hit here and I could see that my remaining funds had a good chance to shrinking to zero. To admit that I had made the loss (sell) was difficult but at least I still had some funds (£30k) and was still in the game.
Since switching to PMG I am now up over 60%.
Don't hold out any hope with the 'restructuring ' possibility.
That's just the Concert Party members trying to salvage something for themselves.
The RNS is clear that , to clear the debts, there will be no value left for shareholders. Bankruptcy.

A cynic might say, this is happening BECAUSE oil started to rise significantly.
