20/4/2018 09:41 | The one I feel most sorry for is hickfromthesticks. He has an unfortunate knack for investing only in AIM's biggest losers so his pension pot must be decimated by now. My heart goes out to him and others who have lost big-time on this stock. However, it has to be said that with a little basic research, no PIs would have stayed invested here when the new CEO was appointed. | pr100
20/4/2018 09:40 | Rick is still counting his crisp dollar salary bills | philmac56
20/4/2018 09:34 | If there are any sensible readers left out there ... put yourself in the position of CBA. They are owed $21m. Now that Hawk has again defaulted and given that they are now talking chapter 11 bankruptcy, I'll be very surprised if the bank allows Hawk to continue under its own management. Surely the appointment of an Administrator by the bank, to protect it's interests, is just around the corner. So ... you may soon get your RNS that Rick is finally gone, however, he will turn out the lights as he walks through the door. | mallorca 9
20/4/2018 09:12 | Repent from your sinful ways Douglas. I will pray for you. Cometh Judgement day, you will stand before the Lord and give account. I fear you will be cast into the lake of fire for eternity. Your thirst will never be quenched and ghouls will eat away at your flesh, eternal agony. Please give it some thought, it is not to late. | astorcourt
20/4/2018 08:59 | "SSG has completed the solicitation phase of its debt restructuring process. This process has, thus far, produced only proposals to directly purchase the Company's oil and gas producing assets at a value below that of the CBA Loan principal" Grim day indeed. It is a miracle this actually managed to survive the oil price downturn. Cash | cashandcard
20/4/2018 08:56 | Mallorca, i unfiltered you today, expecting to see you gloat at others losses. I am truly surprised by you for once! no, not i selling, a golden opportunity to make a purchase for those wishing to take a gamble. Rick for one could make a second purchase and lower his break even point. Now today presents JC an excellent opportunity to make extra purchases, as he is one of the large shareholders in the melting pot...does he buy big as he knows his plans. The Co should have suspended the shares today pending future outcome(s) takes. But who am i, just a shareholder | philmac56
20/4/2018 08:53 | Has trading just been suspended ? At least they gave everyone a chance to get out with something before the Chapter 11 bankruptcy notices start to be issued. | mallorca 9
20/4/2018 08:28 | I'm guessing that was your 3.5m shares sold Phil ? | mallorca 9
20/4/2018 08:23 | No shortage of gamblers though! | ohsod1t
20/4/2018 08:22 | sad event, my sympathy to holders. | astorcourt
20/4/2018 08:22 | They can't get production up and no money to drill new wells - therefore knackered. | broncowarrior
20/4/2018 08:10 | One of the slowest car crashes I've seen in years. More red flags than Moscow | waterloo01
20/4/2018 08:01 | Gutted but wrote it off years ago! | chesty1
20/4/2018 08:00 | Switch the lights off...this is a certain loss. | balbains324
20/4/2018 07:57 | Didn't want to say but 2 days ago in US share ended - 50% and volume was very high. Certainly someone known what's coming!! | marmar80
20/4/2018 07:56 | A sad day. Rick and Chuck have been a disaster. Feel especially sorry for you Phil, you allowed yourself to be locked in by fear and that may have cost you your pension (SIPP)funds . Debt kills Companies. I took a massive hit here and I could see that my remaining funds had a good chance to shrinking to zero. To admit that I had made the loss (sell) was difficult but at least I still had some funds (£30k) and was still in the game. Since switching to PMG I am now up over 60%. Don't hold out any hope with the 'restructuring ' possibility. That's just the Concert Party members trying to salvage something for themselves. The RNS is clear that , to clear the debts, there will be no value left for shareholders. Bankruptcy. | mallorca 9
20/4/2018 07:37 | Rick's CV will look good,SP from 14p to 0p!!! | philmac56
20/4/2018 07:37 | Is an insider about to run of with the assets at a bargain price? A cynic might say, this is happening BECAUSE oil started to rise significantly. Very interesting people the Cynics. | honestmarty
20/4/2018 07:32 | Oh the irony!! This happens just as oil started to rise significantly | blakieboy7
20/4/2018 07:25 | I am surprised it has not been suspended. | jonc
20/4/2018 07:18 | You won't be able to give the shares away today!!! | philmac56
20/4/2018 07:17 | Not good news today, no more to say | philmac56
20/4/2018 07:14 | Perhaps not though - Additionally, the Board of Directors is in discussions with its major stakeholders regarding a possible alternative proposal for restructuring the CBA Loan and a recapitalization of the Company | blakieboy7 |
