I did send an email recently to Hawk thanking them for - Communicating, and creating the recent detailed RNS & Co. presentation - which covered a range of Company topics of interest to SHs, and asking if there might be a SH webpage which might be updated regularly?-NH's response yesterday...Thank you for your email.  We have taken shareholder feedback and plan to provide more regular updates on our webpage.RegardsNighthawk

Trades yesterday were ultimately around 2m more Hawk shares bought than sold.Today's trading is neutral - equal.MMs in the recent months, have nett sold around 12m shares. So I imagine depending on stock, which is properly zero, they'll need some cheap stock - if they can get it, at some point. If they can't get it..Won't be down for long, if the buying momentum/positions are taken/maintained nett buying continues.

Phil,I gonna continue to try and get them to present monthly figures in a simple format on their Webpage...really simple - the data is obviously available.I did miss this yesterday..in the flurry.. "HedgingThe Company has entered into an additional swap agreement covering 8,000 barrels per month for the production period from 1 August 2017 to 31 December 2017. The contract price is $49.45 per barrel. With the addition of this contract, the Company has a total of 86,340 barrels of oil under hedging contracts for 2017 with prices ranging from $47.00 to $75.30."I make that 27%of the yearly production at $47 to $75.Might be money there...?Let me know before you selling up. :)

RR..(Not a rude question) What were you expecting/hoping for?

No not at all.
I really don't know what to expect from here now!
I know we are still in business, still producing, so still ticking over.
My data taken from Cogcc does not confirm what is in presentation.
We as shareholders, all always on catch-up. Bod, bank will know far more than us.
I thing the Co painted a brighter picture for WF to occur sooner than they anticipated, and WE all took it in.
If it is working, Q3, and certainly Q4 should show us not.
If that is indeed the case 2018 could become very interesting.
So what do I expect...the true

Phil, it was about what I was expecting tbh.Treading water - WF movement upwards motion confirmed (first time)- development of WF to other areas using original existing infrastructure (landlord dependent) - dependant on Oil price rising - surviving, plans in place, awaiting better days.Oil price & WF development / expansion key here.(Not a rude question) What were you expecting/hoping for?

RR..sorry but I am not really impressed with presentation..debt..how is it being repaid.. drilling new wells, how is that to be funded.
Q4 will be interesting.

Emailed and thanked Hawk.Asked if there is going to be a new monthly Hawk webpage forum or production update type page.At least we can see they are active & dealing with the current situation.Personally, hopeful for the future and encouraged. Low share price / recovery stock. For the level of money I'm investing, perfect for me. Dyor.Have you recovered Phil? What do you reckon?

Having looked back at an RNS this year, it stated we were not in compliance for the month oerf April, that production was 34,374.

Our production for June was lower at 33,443, so why no notification RNS early July??

Answer!! Was it because our previous banking agreement expired on 30 June!!!

Following reading the presentation..my thoughts!!

1) Gas production is referred to in slide no 6..how much are we selling it for, if that is indeed the case??

2) 2017/18 is gearing up to develop AC & probably drill more in Broken Spear...Mary Jane wells, Targhee, etc..Are they going to drill more in Monarch JV??

3) Slide 9 now suggests injection into wells at 3,000 barrels water per day..Recent RNS suggested approx 3,500 barrels a day.

4) SB 9-15 prior to decline of well production in mid 2016, we were having 60-65 BOPD. Slide 10 suggests a rise from mid 30's to mid 50's.. my data for well shows mid 30's to mid 40's up to May data!!

5) Slide 11 Northern WF (part of original application?) requires landowner permission...we know who that probably is!! Could be a sticking point until proof of Southern WF production vastly increasing, then the landowner will want his $$$$, his neighbours, may encourage him to join up, if they are losing out on $$$$ .

6) Slide 11 can't really see COGCC not approving N WF, it was granted last time around!

All my thoughts DYOR etc

Thats Gross prodn.Look at Nett daily figures. There are quoting 15% WF gain. Obviously the WF can be expanded out. Without the need for costly drilling. Surviving until the Mkt picks up.
