I rang Hawk UK office in London yesterday. I was told the investors - relation person would call me back - promptly. 24 hours later..No call back yet.

Fully agree, Rick should buy some to show his personal confidence. It's a dream entry price, good time before waterflood results, no closed period for bod imo.

Marmar80..i'm with you on that we certainly need a boost.

I think we were all hoping that WF was going to work quicker than has actually been the case (myself included).

Hawk suggested Q2, now Q4 or even Q1 in 2018!! Obviously they were also hoping for a quicker reaction to injection.

Some reading up on WF that I have done even suggests peaking of production after initiation of WF could take years!! But that already shows a marked increase in production.

Rick should now issue an RNS monthly to indicate how production is progressing so WE ALL know.
Rick also needs to make a purchase!!!

Fair to say, we didnt have a single proper blue day since April. Good RNS and we will fly by 50% minimum, imo. Fingers crossed.

Well the one good thing for last month June is that production must have been better than May.

We have not had an RNS regarding convenant being broken, unless they have agreed a lower target!!

Cogcc should be updated next week to indicate May figures, well by well.

Marmar...since Rick joined, his only buy if I recall correctly is/was from SG.

I have posted on here too many too recall asking/calling/suggesting that Rick should dig deep and do a buy, to show support/faith in what the team at hawk are trying to achieve.

He seems happy to take a wage but not the gamble!!

We are all depressed as the share price is on the chart. Imagine a few buys now and share price moving higher for 2-3-4 days without a reason. All I want to say is that this sentiment lasts too long and have to change. Rick buy some, let us be positive again about Nighthawk Energy :)

Let's see if we can get some sort of formal Hawk communication going at this time.Someone from Hawk who deals in shareholder relations is going to call me back from the UK office.I have been given an email address also, to which a number of Hawk's staff are connected to. A quick response has been suggested. (Nothing sinister - just good ol' dialogue of the known information).Lets see if they are interested in starting a forum or Hawk website FAQ-type thing. Nothing complicated.

My take, yes Mallorca was blowing the horn for Hawk...he sold out.
He suggested a loss of £100k, his choice, he may regret it at a later date..hopes for a 20 bagger elsewhere..best of luck to him.

We also have the same choice, my choice is to stay invested here, again I may regret vthat discussion, but my loss would be greater than Mallorca if I sold..but I have no intention of doing so.

Mallorca has told us once or twice his reasons, so he should do the honourable thing and abide his time quietly..

Of course I feel happy about selling out at around 10p When I sold I announced it on this BB.

The sad fact is that HAWK did not discover another Arikaree spent large amounts of cash on duff holes and has suffered from the low oil price.

These are facts not opinion.

Lets wait and see the waterflood results and how/if the production increases. This will be the crucial moment for this share. Debt repayments depend on this one update. Then oil price. If goes over $50 then maybe $55 we are positioned even better. Fingers crossed lads.

So Jon, does that thought make you feel better about selling out previously?
Only there are two sides to every share story and anyone buying here could make money on that investment, some that bought at 10p previously may never see that money back again or it could go bust.....

Lots of different possible outcomes, we'll have to wait and see......

Probably if it seemed to me to be wildly unlikely.

At the present moment though there is little that is positive for HAWK and even the grimmest 'deramp' seems possible.

That is that there is nothing in this for equity holders.

These are your posts from Monday, some of them don't stack up with the trades data, eg. there aren't any trades showing in the last hour and both the sells in HAWK and the buys in PMG aren't exactly mind blowing, so where and when did you lose £100k on this???

Only fair to tell you guy's that I sold 75% of my holding this morning.
I simply no longer have any confidence or trust in the Management.

As an ex-holder I keep an eye on HAWK matters in case anything changes that would make me buy in.

I will carry on doing this and will comment against ramptastic posts if appropriate.

And I am sure my concerns are what almost every other shareholder feels.

Anyway lets move on!!!

What I would like to see is oil at 60 or above, a share recovering to something reasonable then a placing to raise capital and pay some of that debt down as it's just too much for the company at the moment. Any idea what the total monetary value is of the total debt interest per year?

More than 3 million I would of thought.

Loans @ 15% plus a damm good chance you
Will get stake back, given a chance we would of all been there waiting our turn. Obviously it has to wait for the full term agreed hence nothing happens quickly.

Now the loans/Bank etc are about to change and hence a better deal for the company (expect) which should be good news,for Shareholders. I will wait for the details then come to a conclusion as to continueing with my holding or an exit at a loss Quite simple really.

Expectation running ahead is very relaxed as still going when many have been lost by the wayside...

Why should I sell because reallyrich has problems with the way the Company has handled things....that is what I mean with 'we can't do anything about it'....We are talking about reallyrich's concerns, nothing else.

I can sell, buy or hold, that is my decision and will remain so, even though these BBs are full of people trying to influence investors to do what they want you to do....
