24/4/2024 09:46 | One big difference is at the end of the next buyback less than 10 million shares in free float and avail ... | gadgie2
24/4/2024 09:27 | So much expectation from buybacks. Have we not learnt anything over the years. Just about every company out there with some spare cash is engaged in buybacks and their shares tread water. Companies like Apple spend multiple billions on buybacks for example. This is not the 1970s, buybacks don’t drive share price. Results drive share price and when the float is small, the price moves faster. That’s when the buyback benefit kicks in. As for Tosca they’re going nowhere until we’re taken out later this year | muthadrucker
24/4/2024 08:49 | Tosca have over 20,000,000 shares! At 100k shares a day, that would take 200 days and cost over £45M. Eek. Maybe that is why the company is launching a new £50M share repurchase program? It would be very annoying if that were the case. First, it seems below board to have an "arrangement" between management and a large shareholder... and second it means on going suppression of the price. If things really improving with the company WHY would Tosca be selling at these prices? Perhaps some non related internal issue with their Fund? | tractorhead
24/4/2024 08:43 | How many shares do Tosca have? It would be huge if they were trying to get out completely? | tractorhead
24/4/2024 08:03 | 100k a day buyback continues yet the price stagnates. Anyone think Tosca is getting out completely? | wheeze
22/4/2024 14:31 | I am hoping sikhtec or whatever his name was has not realised we are now known as Nexn Or is that just wishful thinking Onwards and upwards | basem1
22/4/2024 13:18 | Gadgie2 where were you when the likes of sikhthetech and rocket fool were haunting this board ? Joking aside, the mood music has turned positive here. I like it. Waiting for the share price to explode upwards, which on reliable information should be sometime soon. | wheeze
22/4/2024 11:17 | This is a huge milestone for Nexxen in the Japan-Asia Pacific (JAPAC) region,” said Josif Zanich, managing director, JAPAC at Nexxen. “Having exclusive access to VIDAA’s ACR data will not only enable us to push the boundaries of what’s possible, delivering advanced TV solutions to advertisers, but will also allow us to exponentially enhance the effectiveness of TV buys across all screens, unlike ever before.” | gadgie2

21/4/2024 08:04 | Yeah I'm not disagreeing you raise a valid point for me it's about the pulling power we now have and that's not forgetting the amazing deal we have struck with Peerlogix access to all their Data VidaaLG Ads Peerlogix - massive appeal to targeted advertising deals | gadgie2
20/4/2024 21:07 | But the LG partnership has a finite time period. Only 2 years is it? I wonder if it is a toe in the door to something more? We still know very little about the Settlement? | tractorhead
20/4/2024 20:59 | Need some context here. Vidaa have literally just started in the US. Nexxen does 90% of its business in the US and the exclusive arrangement with Vidaa only applies to US, UK and Oz. I don’t doubt that Vidaa can grow rapidly in this market but it will still take a while and it’s the most competitive market in the world. In the short term the LG partnership will probably deliver a lot more for Nexxen | muthadrucker
20/4/2024 20:39 | Well Gadgie, you obvioulsy see it and are excited. Market... not so much!? | tractorhead
