06/1/2009 09:36 | about 8 of the last 10 days trading have been blue with about 1 mill shares bought per day. I have written these off but something must be happening because nobody in their right mind would buy these unless they knew something we don't. | ont_ball_city

03/1/2009 14:27 | I believe THM would have wrapped-up NNG a long time ago.... Trading in NNG would have already ceased, if only to reassure investors with interests in his other ventures.... he's not the type to let things drag-on if there wasn't an opportunity somewhere?! A change of strategy (on packet voice) in BT's 21C project is a possible! The 1460 is in with a chance of being looked at again if such a change were announced. Another (less lucrative) possibility is that the delay enables John Ackroid to claim a tax refund (against R&D spend?) ...remember he's an accountant! I don't know if money back from the tax man is possible? - unlikely I think! I wonder why the NNG legal entity (with huge losses on the books) hasn't already been snapped-up by one of the profitable companies within Wesley Clover portfolio in order to use the £tens-of-millions of losses to reduce a tax burden (at next to no cost)? | catman66

19/11/2008 13:58 | ...still closed on IG, is it all over? | jonno1
19/11/2008 13:10 | Lespadge.....there probably isn't a contract. There was talk of the pre-lims being announced today which, although might still happen, looks doubtful. The gossip bouncing around brought in a bit of speculative interest yesterday; therefore pushing up the price. It was inevitable that with no news published today the share price would fall back. Hopefully, for us holders, there is a light at the end of the tunnel but there could be a fair wait ahead..... | cl2201
19/11/2008 13:05 | I'm not selling either, here till the end. Well aware of the risks but do or die! | sharewinner2

18/11/2008 22:34 | big dog5 If history is anything to go buy I think you are correct. If there is no announcement tomorrow I expect to see 0.10p back on the bid pretty sharpish. On the 5th Nov 2008 they announced they were extended their reporting period to the end of September. No reason was given why. So I expect their next announcement to say they've made some progress or its all over. | mercier et camier |
