04/9/2008 11:18 | The technology this company owns is "tested and approved" and a key component of all "carrier class" packet voice networks, which intended to interconnect packet voice services commercially! Global carriers haven't deployed "in anger" yet, but they will!! When they do, the 1460 may be one box too may.... (in this rapidly rationalising and cost reducing industry!) However, this tested technology is, for sure, of interest to network equipment vendors like Nokia, Ericsson & Cisco..... for just a few million dollars is a gift! If Matthews doesn't get an acceptable deal for shareholders I think he will use his resource to merge NNG with another of his interests so not to loose all this potential value. Lets hope anyway? | catman66 | |
