PDSB dropped 30% yesterday because of a single Tweet! It's bounced 20% pre market

Or perhaps we just go down to meet 100% PDSB valuation!

Priceless stuff.

Maybe we will go up when PDSB is worth more than our MCap on its own?

Good presentation anyway.

How does the BOD still value Glycotest at £11M when the market values it at close to zero?

My first question.

I think market is expecting a huge dilution at PDSB. This is a tough market who knows at what price.
Well, obviously NSCI still should be much higher.

There are no buyers. The company and its advisors are not promoting the company to the right audience. In contrast, so many loss making stupid companies double their share prices for no reason.

Our market cap is £16M

PDSB now worth £12M and £1M in cash on the books.

Something very wrong somewhere!

Ah I see what you mean now, apologies. Yes the results were stunning and the market response was ridiculously muted to say the least.

Blackie

I am making the point that they RNS their accounts which were stunning and it made SFA difference.

So if the pdsb had been an rns similarly it would have made no difference.

Not bothered personally it will come good big time. If you want to offer me shares at less than 40% of NAV I will keep taking it

IMHO

Gallows, NSCI issued an RNS-NON, not RNS

Pdsb on the move again. It is noted they rns'd the results and very significant increase in NAV so disagree how the news comes out.

Bamboo I don't buy that view. We need PR!! It would have helped massively if the latest PDSB update had been officially RNSd by NSCI.

Simply put, the sector is out of favour at the moment.
Look at IPGroup, GROW and others with unlisted constituents.

The directors are doing a fantastic job if investors don't want to buy at less than 40% of NAV with incredible upside up that's a big mistake. We will see hefty exits of investments at a point in time imho

The market capitalisation of PDSB is US$298 million = GBP 238 million @ 4.4% holding = GBP 10.5 million share asset to NSCI, which has a market value of GBP 16 million.

In other words, roughly the remaining assets are valued at only GBP 5.5 million, some of which have potential to be blockbuster in their own right, given the opportunity and right connection and condition. The range of investment is diverse, which should increase the chance of success.

Market consensus has a strong buy for PDSB with a one year target of US$ 21 (currently US$ 9.68 today), let's say it may double in 12 months, meaning that it will be worth GBP 20 million to NSCI. That is more than the current market value of NSCI.

The fact that NSCI is languishing means that the directors and or advisors do not convince the right investors about its success stories. We are just small fish as individual private investors, and we need the big boys to invest in this company to push up the share price.

PDSB now up over 9 dollars, not that it's making FA difference to NSCI share price!! That's over 5.5% up so far
