The average twelve-month price prediction for PDS Biotechnology is $17.00 with a high price target of $21.00 and a low price target of $12.00. Currently, it is at US$8.56.

There is tremendous upside for PDSB, so it will lift up the share price of NSCI if logics dictates. There is a disconnect between the two until maybe one day when PDSB is taken over, crystallising the gain in cash when the market wakes up that the cash amount to NSCI is more than the entire NSCI group.

Looking at Fridays trades it looks like someone used the liquidity to exit a trade.

I would say the 35k,25k,26K and a few 5K are sells resulting in a pretty much flat book.

Lets hope that's the last of it and someone notices PDSB closed up 32% on Friday!

June 22 valuation was £29.2M when PDSB was worth £4M.

April 23 trading update talked of a sig uplift in NAV (not PDSB)

As of Friday PDSB worth £10M+

So NAV £35M without the new valuations.

SP 70p giving M Cap of £16M.

Go figure!

Even if the company were to raise working capital it could theoretically price it at a premium, not a discount, if there were solid support for its business plan.

My take on this is that the company will soon crystallise in cash soon on one or more of its portfolio investments, instead of going to market to raise funds that would usually dilute the value, which works against the interest of its directors/founders who are substantial shareholders.

Digressing a little, in my younger days I could have mustered sufficient support to float one or more of those portfolio companies.

Some loss making unknown companies are making headway, doubling in share price for no apparent reasons but for a company such as NSCI with huge potential is languishing.

If I were younger I would have organised and mobilised sufficient finance to bid for this company and take it private, and then re-float it at significant gains.

As expected you do have to question the integrity of the uk market. This needs looking at in my view.

and there's also the sofant/immarsat collab as well....

people dont realise how valuable nsci's portfolio companies are....

hence the long running disconnect between nsci market value vs nav

It'll take crystallising the value from one of their investments to really pay off.

just hope they dont do it in some weird complex manner that obscures the value to nsci...

A big pharma company will take over PSBD. It is a matter of time.

In my corporate experience I have seen gem companies within a portfolio that it is a matter of time that one or more of them become a blockbuster that is much bigger than the parent company.

I strongly believe that this is a case in point in NSCI. Some of the invested companies will be bigger than NSCI, so it is odd to me that investors do not re-rate NSCI much higher.
