15/12/2020 16:32 | Leaking news perhaps? | spaceparallax
09/12/2020 17:06 | AGM next week.Maybe a statement then. | shauney2
09/12/2020 16:04 | Looking forward to the next TS, which given our business model should be positive. It would be good to see the Company launching a share buyback scheme to mop up the corrosive drip selling and thus lead to a more stable share price based upon the solid fundamentals. This policy has proved highly effective for another of my holdings MWE that similarly suffered the disproportionate impact of small sells on minnow stocks. | spaceparallax
09/12/2020 09:24 | Just picked up stock at 45.2. I like the directors faith in the company by retaining stock after covering tax liabilities. Trading statement next month. | zipstuck
07/12/2020 08:29 | Cisco offer for IMIMobile | oilforex
23/11/2020 22:41 | The appearance of Richard Sneller is noteworthy. A former star manager of the Baillie Gifford Emerging Markets Fund turned personal investor. Welcome aboard Richard. | ygor705
16/11/2020 16:45 | I agree with your assessment of the company. I just wish there were more news releases about progress, rather then leaving us to guess, and wait 6 months for the next statement. | platts
30/10/2020 09:25 | Netcall have a very smart team, both at senior management level and at engineering level. The RPA acquisition is potentially brilliant. I will be interested to see how they transition their acquisitions base of “free” software users onto commercial terms. RPA and low code go very well together. RPA has been around for a while but it’s really becoming of age now. Netcall are brilliantly positioned to exploit this. | anthony mckay
27/10/2020 20:14 | Hi all, My mate Peter @Conkers3 and myself did a ‘Twin Petes Investing’ Podcast a few days ago and part of our discussion includes NET with regards to the recent RPA acquisition. We also chatted about loads of other Stocks and Ideas for research, and the outlook for Markets and as usual a fair bit of educational stuff with regards to Investing which this week included the concept of ‘Badwill&rsquo Anyway, if you use Apple, Audioboom, Overcast or Spotify you can find it under the 'Conkers Corner' Channel (you want Podcast TPI 34) and you can find it on Soundcloud at the link below. I hope you enjoy it and find it useful, Cheers, WD @wheeliedealer | thewheeliedealer
13/10/2020 18:38 | Loads of cash, covid resilient model and a 25% increase in the divi...but they defer a £2m VAT payment - Investor's Champion isn't impressed. | energeticbacker
13/10/2020 14:04 | Great result and progress with the AI software buy. I just wish the company would provide more news releases when contracts are made. Improve the public image of the company for potential investors. | platts
13/10/2020 10:34 | Covid will determine NHS demand and when it is fulfilled. Not sure where we are on that curved after an intial system upgrades. Product sales benefit from new systems sold. I should have said growth revenue stream in view of ARR. | zipstuck
13/10/2020 08:40 | What exactly are you referring to re-Covid specific?Netcall works with 75% of NHS Trusts and has done for some time. | hastings
13/10/2020 08:21 | Having had a strong Q4 selling to the NHS and public sector will this continue. They need to replace this revenue stream if it is be one off. Up with events given the Covid outlook.imo | zipstuck
13/10/2020 08:01 | Sorry I meant 2019 for target numbers | ygor705
13/10/2020 08:00 | At an eps level the results look poor but is that the correct method to value Netcall? The earnings line is badly distorted by intangible write downs and a look at the cash flow statement and balance sheet reveals strong cash generation and a £7m increase in balance sheet cash to nearly £13 m. The new acquisition is perhaps revealing as how companies in this sector are valued. In 2010, target had revenues of E150,000 and EBIT of E17,000. The valuation with earn outs is E3million ie 20 times revenue. If we were valued on a similar basis we would be worth £500 million as against c£70m. Even if the market doesn't like the numbers potential predators will have taken note. | ygor705
13/10/2020 07:44 | Happy with these results, excellent cash generation and a small acquisition too.Importantly, current financial year begun well with the Group trading strongly and ahead of the last fiscal period in the first three months. | hastings
12/10/2020 13:36 | If results are bad then crash | justtrying1
12/10/2020 11:00 | Indeed it is; every year we go through the crazy ups and downs in share price despite the Company performing solidly. | spaceparallax
12/10/2020 10:05 | Looking very strong ahead of the results | hastings
07/10/2020 18:59 | Well at least we now have an explanation of the big blue line on trading summary! | ygor705
07/10/2020 12:53 | Good to see that Gresham House retain sufficient faith to enlarge their position - moving intriguingly towards 30%. | spaceparallax
03/10/2020 09:02 | So when are the results out? They were published on 25th September last year and it is about time that investors were updated. | ygor705
02/10/2020 11:44 | Thanks for the concern She-Ra. Perfectly happy with my understanding of this business but thanks for your concern. | oilforex |
