Me too FL but dont know what the answer is(that we can do) PLENTY the Directors could do .I would have a bit more pride in the company and try to increase the share price with a good flow of news to the share holders if i was a director inthis company, but all that happens with this lot is that they let the share price drop so low from 80p to 10p that the Chairman basicaly buys the co.,for 500k.

I notice that cScapes web page has a new heading, (winners & losers)by Martyn Perks and Richard Sedley. So progess is still being made,hopefully profitable as well
The event is being held at Microsofts offices in London in March

Now that Keith has bought his second half of shares the Netb2b2 web site needs to be updated
Dont suppose we will get any other announcements now úntil 30th March

Michael Jackson buys shares in mediasurface above the shareprice and their shares rise above the placing price - they have twice the turnover and huge losses compared to NEB and they are valued at £6m.

they dont seem to have needed Keiths extra cash sooner than planned which is a good thing (maybe they didnt really need it at all apart from to use to grow the business onto bigger things) - they need to notify the market of Total voting numbers immediately.

I thought it was now required of Aim listed companies to update their company details on their web sites every 6 months?
Nebs was last updated 17th.August.07
