11/7/2014 19:46 | Stuart Andrews has already acknowledged that cancellation has not yet taken place... so FinnCap are fully aware of the situation. However he added that 'all relevant announcements would be made as and when required', implying that an RNS is not yet compulsory. To me that means they are acting within AIM regs. so must have got a period of grace from the LSE. To get this they must have satisfied them that there was something in the pipeline which required a bit more time to complete. Perhaps there is a 'grey' market of some description or a way of hedging a position whilst suspended? There is also the possibility that some non share related action could be triggered by a premature announcement. I eMailed Stuart Andrews again yesterday, but have not yet had a reply. That could indicate we are very close to an RNS. Fingers crossed for Monday! IMPO/DYOR/NAI Jo PS. Up the ALBA! | jojo_jo

11/7/2014 08:53 | I doubt if aim would get the dates wrong. I did wonder if the change to an investment company made a difference but we've not voted on that yet, | godolphin

10/7/2014 13:41 | The company will continue in some form. It has after all yet to receive the moneys due to be repatriated from India, sometime this year. I strongly suspect something substantial is going on behind the scenes, and these guys (the Myersons and Teeling) have more than enough 'petty cash' to keep the company going in a new/viable form. Principle have access to almost unlimited funds. It's all pretty academic as none of us can buy/sell, only speculate, whilst suspended. IMPO/DYOR/NAI Jo | jojo_jo
10/7/2014 13:14 | Maybe they don't care about the RNS for cancellation. This is dragging out, money is as good as gone but there could still be a glimmer of hope. There was last month but it seems to have gone quiet again. Very little info about. | oilbuy

10/7/2014 08:15 | I got a response telling me to contact the aim regulation team. I sent them this: Hi, It is my understanding that if a company is suspended from AIM for more than 6 months then it is delisted. What circumstances would allow this six months period to be extended? Also if this period was extended would the company have to issue a regulatory news announcement in regard to the extension? No response thus far | applelover
09/7/2014 08:13 | I've just sent the London stock exchange an email asking about the circumstances in which the delisting deadline can be extended and whether an RNS would be required? I did not make it specific to NEOS. | applelover
