1st july takes the ISA limit up to £15k.i could hopefully Bed n ISA £3.2k if this was to be reinstated after that date.cant say I'm hopeful but they haven't announced the delisting yet so you never know.some big Waste to Energy deals being done at the moment.

Thanks for your efforts and keeping us informed.

I have left messages on Christopher Raggett's phone from FinnCap several times over the last week and one from a few weeks ago as well. He has not returned my call even though I have complained about the lack of response.

When I did this a few months back and in January, the call was returned.

So I called his boss Stuart Andrews and left a message and still no response so I assume the do not wish to talk as they do not wish to let anything out of the bag.

Just had an interesting reply...

it includes this strange phrase
"...all relevant announcements will be made as and when required. I am sorry I cannot say more than this at this stage"

Looks like something's going on behind the scenes.

'As and when required' implies it isn't yet required, which in turn implies they've been given more time.
To do what is the question? - Clearly something acceptable to the authorities. Sounds good to me.

Good try, but obviously they can't divulge anything sensitive to individuals, but with a few of us now pushing them and FinnCap they know they have to pull their combined fingers out.

Gut feeling... this could work out well in the end!
The longer it takes for news the more likely it will be good.

I would say the absence of a formal cancellation RNS is a positive.

Can only assume they are either actually allowed until the end of the calendar month or have arranged some kind of extension with the LSE. This, I'm sure, would be granted if it was just a matter of dotting i's and crossing t's on a deal of some sort.

FinnCap must surely be pressing them to get an RNS out asap!

Is that a little light? No cancellation message. estl also suspended on 23rd Dec were cancelled at 7.00 am. So neos must have said something to the SE, they don't take those rules lightly.

I've had some real good luck recently. A really nice NEOS release in the morning would go down very nicely.

If they have a plan then it could be extended. They can still relist after cancellation. But we don't know what's happening because they haven't told us.

I'm not sure of the rules. They may be able to get an extension, otherwise today (possibly tomorrow) will be the last day.

They should, at least issue an RNS today!

A cancellation message is normally the day after the six months. Having been in this situation a few times. lol. The company could update today though, if they give a fig about the shareholders that is.
