Tomorrow would be nice lol If it was a few weeks ago, do you know if something is holding it up or are you just waiting to see if it happens?

Spoke to the Nomad last week but did not get much from them as you would expect. Just got the feeling that the tax losses were not being looked into.

I have herd there is another use for NEOS away from the energy sector. Possibly an RTO. The source is genuine.

If we cannot carry the tax losses over, then the investment is 90% gone. Trouble is talking to the Nomad, we are not spending money to sort the tax losses out.

The main reason for my investment was for the tax losses and the Board do not want to invest anymore money which is why the accounts is being formatted without being a going concern. We have until 23rd June and we will be delisted.

What are you expecting? An ASTA investment with new board directors with a new action plan?

There is still hope. This is not lost just yet. Unfortunately I don't see us being able to carry the tax losses forward.

Vireol can't find investment because of EU regulations not being helpful. I guess that's the same for other projects - ie projects that Neos may have been interested in.

It appears that our patient has contracted a severe strain of MYERSONITIS.This is in 99% of cases a fatal infection which is hereditary.A particularly nasty virus that bleeds its patient dry of its life support.Organs may be sold for research after death as it is unlikely the body would be donated to research free of charge.Unfortunately no cure has been discovered for this disease due to the lack of funding and lack of interest by anyone to support the MYERSON charity appeal

I agree its only a technical issue but they changed both the date and the listing after i contacted them last August

Just after Teeling stopped the delisting the Goverment closed a number of loopholes(2013 budget) relating to shell companies and the usage of tax losses

It may be what is causing the problem here.

At least now that the clock is ticking we wont have an indefinite wait to see which way this is going
