Stick to the facts - they asked for patience and there's been no force of their hand by the nomad hence no material delay. You think deals like this get bashed out overnight? They don't.

Clock may be more researched but he still has no more clue than the rest of us on this board.

The shares are heading back to the 7p mark from the highs of 8.5p last week. This does not bode well as the market is losing patience as to whether these clowns of a BOD can actually deliver on their promise of a signed JDA "Any Moment"!!! But we are still waiting nearly 3 months now.

I'm not angry at all and please don't tell me to calm down - you have your views as do I except I seem to be way more researched in this field than you clearly.

Clock .. your sounding like an angry man today.

In my experience, decent accountants would have had the deal done and dusted months ago... lawyers are the problem. Any lawyers I have ever dealt with break into a sweat when you start talking numbers. They are terrified of getting things wrong hence lawyers are as slow as a week in the jail once finances are involved.

Anyway... how do you know who is currently involved or is doing what??? You're just as uninformed as the rest of us as to where things currently stand. No one except the parties involved have any idea what the form JDA will take nor whether any deal is being reworked etc... calm down man. Have some patience yourself when it comes to other peoples views.

'Putting my accountant hat on'Well it's not with accountants for starters is it, it's with lawyers who are agreeing the fine print on a billion dollar deal involving GE CMEC NCCL and the Moz government. Even any small amendments have to be ratified by all parties, and given the Moz gov was let down by SEP previously in 2015 I would not be surprised if they were putting the finance in place ahead of the JDA being signed off hence it's taking longer than NCCL had originally expected. MH asked for patience, clearly some don't have it.

If you are referring to the SEP deal in 2015 they did sign the JDA if you knew what you were talking about you would know why that deal lapsed.'This is looking jus5 like last time around when it was definately the development partner would sign and nothing happened and the shares tanked'

I agree that this is getting a bit ridiculous.
How difficult can it be to finalise the JDA that was supposed to be in final draft back in April.
Putting my accountant hat on for a moment, my assumption is that goalposts are being moved with either changes in the investment percentage stakes or perhaps they are ramping up the initial project size.
The latter would certainly cause a delay.

I would imagine a variation in the percentage stakes would not cause a 3 month delay as they wouldnt alter the actual project costs.. just the split between parties. Surely this will have been profiled months ago along with numerous differing split scenarios and project builds.

Frustrating stuff.

It takes organisation to arrange a day where all participants can be present for the necessary signing. These people don't have free diaries, having said which GE and CMEC will want to be able to schedule the necessary production and manpower. Time must be running out for that.

There was no deadline for the deal, patience was requested in the last RNS.
