13/3/2018 08:26 | Yes the Sp will React at some point. Lets see if the buyers start moving in today... | beetroot juice
12/3/2018 11:14 | It's nt for any amount. Last shake? Expecting a big week here | kingkongtimmo
11/3/2018 11:09 | Morning TDJ The size of the split is yet to be decided as the bigger the percentage GE go for, the more they have to stump up in financing costs. Those could add up to several millions of pounds. Like I said before the company only has GE at the table, imagine the scenario like last year if they are not happy and walk away, we have to go through the process all again. But I think it is highly unlikely. A 60-40 split is the common ground for projetcs like these. There was one spectacular failure in Kenya a few years ago where African Mineral Rresources or some similar named company were shafted. The company may choose to sell a further stake to help them with their financing. In truth, we don`t know yet and will not until the discussion start after the Due Diligence has been completed in April. It still takes time.. | m1sak
11/3/2018 07:16 | I would add that that stake, the size of it, is a fundamental part of present and ongoing discussion. | terranadonjohnson
11/3/2018 07:14 | My interpretation, and an obvious interpretation, is that 'minimum 60%' can mean 60% or anything above that figure. That in the terms of the initial NBO, they have made provision for GE-CMEC to potentially take a minimum 60% stake in the project, all the way up to 100%, since no limit is placed on the stake other than the minimum described. Like others, I can't see GE-CMEC wanting to leave us with a proportion as high as 40% either. Very interesting times ahead :-) All in my own opinion of course. | terranadonjohnson
11/3/2018 07:07 | And again from the same Oct 20 RNS; "The key terms of the NBO will include: · | terranadonjohnson
10/3/2018 22:43 | Thanks for getting back M1SAK. Take your knowledgeable comments on board (you clearly valuable insights into NCCL and efforts around the project). Can I ask for your interpretation on the following (from 20 October 2017 RNS) "·   | terranadonjohnson
10/3/2018 21:53 | I would love 500p per share though... | terranadonjohnson
10/3/2018 21:34 | Some fair points M1SAK. I hear you regarding what the deal is about. As part of the current negotiations thought the % of equity was part of the deal making. 'Minimum of 60%' as per the initial NBO announcement. I place an emphasis on 'minimum' as in my view the NBO left open the possibility of a % above 60% (theoretically up to 99%-100%??). So the question is, I would've thought, how much do GE-CMEC want (and whatever associated terms and price)?? Your thoughts appreciated M1SAK | terranadonjohnson
10/3/2018 21:19 | I don`t think a takeover or buyout is on the cards at all. AFC still own a fair percentage of the shares here, around 25%, and will invest for the long term. Don`t forget that the bids are for the cost of the power plant and mining costs. The deal for the company comes after the due diligence and PPA have been agreed. That is due much later in the summer. As for 50-60p a share, I don`t think you guys were here when Adani runmours were going round and 500p was mentioned. | m1sak
10/3/2018 20:58 | I'm in the camp that TO/buyout has been discussed and is a serious option. Don't see how GE-CMEC want to keep dragging out a process that continues to involve NCCL. For both plant and mine, 50p-60p would be a fair price, given what's at stake. | terranadonjohnson
10/3/2018 20:44 | Things are about to Transform for NCCL. I am seriously anticipating the Sp to be many multiples of 6p when we get the long awaited RNS. Indeed a Low Ball figure is 25p-30p...I expect more..But we shall see in the next 4 weeks or so...What takes place.. | beetroot juice
10/3/2018 20:19 | Just speculation regarding exact timing of any news but there's some good research around GE-CMEC and GE-Alstom. Feel strongly the deal will happen just a matter of when and the specific terms. | terranadonjohnson
10/3/2018 15:16 | What are they saying-not on twitter and can`t see anyting on LSE? | m1sak
10/3/2018 08:54 | It's coming, short. Lots of rumours of next week all over twitter/LSE. No smoke without fire. | kingkongtimmo
09/3/2018 15:32 | Come on BOD we need some news PDQ | short6
07/3/2018 13:18 | I noticed that as well ;-) | novicetrade68
07/3/2018 12:14 | 1 person sells and 6 others follow suit. How bloody gutless some Pi's are. | short6
07/3/2018 09:38 | Looks very much a flag pattern on the graph, pointing upwards. Very much so. | escapetohome
07/3/2018 08:32 | Another few Buys and the Sp will take off. Looking poised to blow IMO. News is coming anytime. Try buying once the RNS is released. Wont be easy and will be at multiples of 6p imo.. | beetroot juice
06/3/2018 10:52 | Getting Closer by the Day to The Transformational RNS. Many are sat on theor hands still....WAITINg. Yet once NCCL takes off, picking stock up as it swiftly climbs will be a Nightmare... So Buy Now.. | beetroot juice
04/3/2018 17:12 | If we can get a close above 6.2 this week, it's game on. Rest assured this stock has been on plenty of watchlists for a very long time (as it's been a slow developer to this point- looking at you SEP). People will look to take a position, notable shares blogger David Shaw has added it to his watchlist, one of only seven. The herd will come... | kingkongtimmo
02/3/2018 22:55 | If your going to own 60% (Split in some percentile way between GE and CMEC) of a project, that will cost you upwards of $1 Billion to bring to Fruition. AND This project will be utilising, Your capitol, Your Technology, Your Workforce etc. Then in many ways it really is ALREADY your project. GE and CMEc and indeed NCCL understands this. For the Directors and Major shareholders of NCCL, their part in many ways is done. Other than the Build, it seems everything else is awaiting the Builders on a Silver platter. Ie licenses, Permits, Government Bodies onboard, Coal Mine, land Etc etc. Thats the value NCCL hold. This and the Donkey work put in over years by the BOD. Why would NCCLs directors now wish to hang around for years, before taking earnings once the Plant is built? They may wish to do this, yet i doubt it. Their Out, is a Buy out, at Many multiples the Current share price GE and CMEC just cough up another $250 million and They own it all, a few tie ins to keep the Directors on call if required as Conduits till the GE and CMEC Execs find their feet with the Agencies and people NCCL have built relationships with and job done. If i was GE and CMEC i would see keeping NCCL as a 40% Partner as a bigger risk. So not Risky for GE and CMEC, no more risky that stumping up $1 Billion for 60% and a third party major shareholder getting in your way. POTENTIALLY. | beetroot juice |
