Given the interest accrued against the loan amount I wouldn't say that they were selling at a loss necessarily if it's those that converted selling a few off, only 2 of the lenders have converted and people sell for their own reasons but a good excuse for people to blow smoke.

The new guy at EDM just been installed, that's been the delay. Aly (a fan of the project) will rubber stamp it this week. Then we'll all be dancing.

I dont think anything is really guaranteed in life, they are targeting the timeline to be agreed in January and the JDA to be completed in Q1, that's not changed at this point and either of the above are still in play.

I think it's simply there's a lot of hot money in this stock at the moment. It was significantly marked up on this mornings news and there was an immediate seller of 50k. That dropped the price on it's own and the herd, probably with open positions bailed without really knowing why. Once again the MMs have played it clever, the patient gaining money at the expense of the impatient. Twas ever thus.

And its daft to say it's the loan holders selling. They convert at 10p whatever the share price is. Today's newshares are only in the market from the 31st anyway!

Looks like the shareholders who have converted are scrambling to get out as they know the timetable has slipped. Why else convert now!!!!

Whether us PIs like to admit it, we are and have always been bottom of the food chain. So it's pleasing when those above us, who likely know more, choose to convert what they're owed into shares at 10p at a 65% premium #NCCL

If you look at the government power generation white paper this 300MW power project is on it, so I would say so, yes.

Until the JDA is signed, there is no partnering, contract, understanding or agreement and therefore no project.Even agreeing the timetable for signing is not the same as the signed agreement.Come on NCCL, let's have a signed agreement.

To be fair the project is a different animal to when you first invested and has evolved to this point, they are now partnering with global giants GE and CMEC and the plant is in the Moz governments white paper for power production in that region, things do take longer in Africa but I don't see any reason why the JDA will not be delivered in Q1.

Yeah yeah yeah OK, badly worded, mea culpa. Yes I'm talking about the timetable which in turn sets out the timing of the jv/JDA but the point remains if it is not laid out by the end of the month it will be yet another missed deadline which MUST reflect badly on credibility. I first got involved with this company in 2010 and sold most of my holding in 2011. Sadly bought back in 2013 so pardon me if i may seem a little impatient!

Yep, done the research and read the timetable. JV this month.......just saying there are 9 days left and if it doesn't happen, that will be one can kick too many!
