This share floated i believe, correct me if im wrong, around £1.30, yes folks, ONE POUND AND THIRTY PENCE, and reached a high of £2.20, TWO POUNDS AND TWENTY PENCE.

Im thinking of £1 per share is fair value.

We've been here long enough to know that clockwork, it's a lovely start but in terms of Mcap, were still nowhere near where we should be.

The JDA release the company's historic costs to the tune.of tens of millions. In fact £60million just for the mine, then there's the power plant. The JDA is planned for conclusion end of July. We have money to August. Meaning we have the money we need to us through till those back costs are confirmed.

Imagine when that's confirmed, that we're due a repayment in the order of £100 million in terms of historic expenditure??!!

Not worried.

They have only raised twice, the first with the institutional investor AFC at premium and the second an oversold placing at near market price. Most of the stock is tied up with the board and other large holders which is why it's so hard to buy stock. JDA releases the back costs which run into the millions of pounds. Doing a placing means they dilute themselves effectively but how much do you really think they need at this stage to get it over the line? Answer - not a lot.

It's the cash position that worries me - while KIBO has made a recent placing - NCCL has 'of mid-April 2018 US$ 317k, sufficient to cover activities until August 2018'.

In my experience I'm not sure how easy it is to compare projects and while there appears a lot of merit here, the share price appears to be rather binary while running on fumes. If the decision takes longer than expected, then what then?

There are a lot of significant shareholders on the register, but, forgive me, will they pony up on this one trick affair so close to a major hurdle?

We should be matching if not exceeding the KIBO market cap. Way more to come!

The ask is nipping up quite smartly.

I was going to say that the best ask is 8p, with 7.95p being paid - but as I type it's 8.50p with 8.37p paid.

All looking very healthy here and in a nice quiet way.

SP finally rising after pretty flat year shows market was not confident, probably due to lack of progress updates. However, BOD now releasing regular RNSs, all positive so far and sentiment increasing rapidly. Charts pointing to 18p+. Look forward to another strong week for #NCCL

#NCCL should be very interesting over the next few sessions, charts point to 18p target and there's certainly plenty of near term newsflow expected ?

Rosolanor, Twitter#NCCL Elliott Wave count. Looking for a move into double digits on this wave 3(iii), once we reach wave 5(v) will have completed the bigger wave 3(orange) targeting around 19p. (which is the target of my cup and handle I posted a few days ago. MACD still has fuel on this wave.

NT, from what we have heard so far, they're dead serious about this (remembering that GE and CMEC approached us). From what Hanno says, partners are keen to get on with it and NCCL too. While the Mozambique government are needing for it happen as they build infrastructure to make use of the power (there's a desperate need nationally and regionally in Africa).

Don't see any value for the giants to mess about. A ten million here or there is nothing given the propects here (GE has $15billion in cash) It's less an issue of cash for them and more of time. They've had a tough couple of years and just need to get on with it. So messing about over 20% or 25% on top of their preferred price ain't worth it. Nail the deal and get in!

TDJ, yes that has left me puzzled as well, I've been holding these shares six years now, but only now for the first time -as far as I can remember- they show some momentum, which is great. It could also be just typical AIM-life where some shares with good prospects don't do anything for a long time and then all of a sudden they come alive....so with a bit of luck it will be really NCCL-time this year ;-)

NoviceTrader, that's a very useful reminder.

Had been wondering for some time why the market had not noticed the upside here (all genuine, not ramped). Guess the bids going in were the starting point, the helped also by the podcast.

12p next stop and then 15p...all before next piece of key news...

Steady climb now to 20p pre JDA finalisation in July. The big gains will be holding till then, but things can get tempting as Market Madness takes hold:)

I will do my best to keep my Holding till July. Might Sell a few at 20p have to see how it goes.

Next week more Big increases, should see another 20% minimum on Monday. GLA

Let's do some comparisons, to see how much upside there is from here:

----------------

GCM, who have a coal mine Bangladesh with 572 million tonnes of good grade coal. They have moved their project on from a solely coal mine one to a Coal and Power project. However, the project has been mired in controversy for years and is still awaiting go-ahead from the government. I would also suggest that we are further ahead in my view.

GCM market cap is £27million

----------------

KIBO is a Coal to power project, will be well-known to most medium to long term NCCL holders. Their 'delays' I believe are normal and come with the territory. NCCL have had their own. However, NCCL now further ahead given the pace and productive progress of talks with GE/CMEC

KIBO market cap is £29million

----------------

Just for another example, AMC is company with a sole nickel project in the Amur Region of Russia. Growing and large reasonable grade resource. However, no DFS and working still to complete an up to date PFS at the moment. They should really have progressed further than this by now.

AMC market cap £34million

----------------

At the moment, our market cap is £17million, yet our JDA is ON, with bids submitted, from partners who want to get on with it, and Mozambiquean authorities fully supportive.

So why is it some folk think 12p (£30million market cap) is a stretch for NCCL?

We should be at the very least on a par with the examples I've listed.

Think we will be at 15p-20 prior to binding news...

After that, who knows...

c265m shares in issue most in sticky hands... won't take much next week to take this into double figures, it's looking like another ZIOC in the making for the run to 20p.
