From LSEIn the words of Kevin Keegan...I'm getting the sense that GE-CMEC have approached NCCL following similar approaches they've made elsewhere, where they've taken projects over. They have likely made suggestions regarding timescales and possible negotiation development steams - i.e. JV and Buyout. They resolve the bids early and then proceed quickly to buyout discussions (or they sort of happen at the same time but with buyout discussions superseding JV once the latter are complete etc.) I know some folk thinking too early for this but the initial NBO update specified minimum of 60% of the project equity. Can't see GE-CMEC wanting to leave us with anything like 40%. And if they get to 80%, then why bother keeping us??!! Naturally, talk of 100% then takes us into different territory - not a JDA, NDAs, closed periods etc.

I've heard from a credible source that the reason we haven't got the newsflow that was hinted at in the vox podcast is because the company are in an unforeseen closed period and that it wasn't something to worry about. I've added.

Got Quite a few over 7 digits in stock worth. Average about 5.6p. So i am content with this. When i started picking these up i thought to get a largish quantity would be difficult. Fortunately there has been a seller, basically he sells, ive then picked them up.

Cant see it dropping. So my take is if i wanted in, and i am as sure as i can be, that NCCl is a goer. I decided to dive in and just bought when i could..

RNS Anytime now with detailed confirmation of The Acceptance of the EPC and O&M Bids.

Binding acceptance, agreed by all parties = Project is going ahead. Thats a £1 Billion Coal Fired Power Station, Coal mine and accompanying power infrastructure. 40% of that owned by NCCL.

Initially 300Mw scalable by X 6 to 1800 MW.

Look at the Mkt Cap of NCCL just £15 million. Incredible virtually no-one is Buying NOW. Thats a Big Mistake. Try Buying these Sub 20p Next week, once the full details are disclosed.

Watch out for another 250000 Buy..At 5.85p. Bought just after 8 Am.

Thanks for posting that! Yes, I agree with the review and receipt comment and how to interpret that, as well as the bigger picture.

I hope though the company would confirm receipt as they can then take as much time as they need for reviewing and square it with the received draft JDA.

We have GE and CMEC who are extremely active in the area and approached us for the project. We have Mozambique and Africa who desperately need this. We have a board who are confident. For me, it?s not IF this goes ahead, it?s more a case of how much will we have to part with and for what price? I?ll tell you one thing, it?ll be significantly higher than our current valuation, especially given our small free float. I for one am very happy with the current situation and will retain my entire holding until we have further news. Lack of patience is a PI?s biggest fault in this game. Do your own research and then trust it?"

Well im not predicting. Far as i can see 40% of a Billion Dollar Power plant and attached infrastructure. Must equal a minimum of £120 million MKT CAP>

EPC and O&M Bid deadline was the 28th february. Today is the 1st March. MKT would need informing if either deadline was Missed/Delayed or GE and CMEC had pulled out.

Neither has occurred. So RNS that could now come anytime. Will confirm the Bids, the share price will re rate.

Its a No Brainer.

BLU different animal and things have not panned out YET there. BUT imo they will.

Just bought another 200k. Its Amazing no one YET is Piling in here. share price about to Transform. EPC and O&M Bids are for sure in.. Once details confirmed and released and Accepted..Then MANY Many Multiples of 5p. Free money here Guys. but no one seems to want it.

"Fair to say that the EPC an O&M bids from #GeneralElectric and #CMEC Have been received by #NCCL for review. The deadline was today and no delay RNS released. Going to be big once reviewed by #NCCL and released via RNS. I will add as much as I can before they release the deal"
