I can see why you would take profits at this point, share price is already up approx 20% from April’s trading announcement on no real news, I guess you’ve got to bear in mind the underlying reason for the strategic review in the first place and how much you anticipate things to have improved/deteriorated since February.

All will be revealed on the 18th..

Mazarin,

That's a fair point, but wonder if they are just keeping a lid on additional clients until the review is reported bundling any good news into the pot.

Kind of hoping to hear how they have resolved the integration of the units they purchased and new management regimes. This will underlay any future expansion to take on extra clients.

Anyways, not long to wait and see.

Every week almost on a daily basis we hear of major Company systems worldwide being continually hit by cyber attacks and today is no exception with the following headline splashed across UK's Financial Press: 'Reckitt Benckiser has warned it will report lower sales for the second quarter of 2017 after falling victim to a cyber attack from Ukraine that wreaked havoc on a range of global companies' and yet NCC (or so it appears) is not apparently making inroads into this ever growing market. I realise NCC can't be expected to pick up every global Contract in the field, but surely it must be able to benefit somewhere across the board. It should now be patently obvious that Cyber security has now got to be the first priority for any Company operating in the public domain holding customer records firstly in order to secure their confidence and maintain confidentiality, but equally important -protect future profits.

It may prove interesting to monitor the share price movement during the days ahead of 18th July when results of Strategic Review are due to be announced. There's usually some indication to be gleaned, be it moved by speculation or leaks

RNS yesterday confirms prelims will be out on 18th July, along with the results of the strategic review.

The April trading update confirmed trading was in line with revised expectations to 31st March, and given that yesterday's RNS would have had to note if anything had changed we can conclude that trading continued to be in line up to the 31st May year end.
