Theres an analyst report out on Universal Coal. Dated yesterday.

duc, Im assuming they have zero interest in kryso until someone shows otherwise.

I think Universal Coal looks pretty exciting. Blurb from the website.



Universal Coal is an emerging near-term thermal coal production and development company with assets in South Africa. The company has over 726 million tonnes (in situ before losses) of JORC compliant coal resources across three thermal coal projects: Kangala, Roodekop and Brakfontein and two coking coal projects: Berenice and Somerville, with a combined total exploration target of over 1Bt of coal.

Universal Coal listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in late 2010 and trades under the symbol UNV.

Over the past few years the share price performance has been hugely disappointing.Just look at the graph and you will see what I mean.What is there to suggest it will get any better?

Huge, but uep is valued at nil by nsn. Do they still have a few kryso warrants?

Well now that you mention it I think the UMC Energy (UEP) stake is worth about 10p on the NAV at current UEP share price.

Huge, ssshhhh, not filled yet. A few nibblers today. So you reckon 18p for unv them 109 per share = 127, anything else to add?

I checked back all the recent RNSs but could find no mention of Universal Coal anywhere. So checked the Universal Coal wesbite and yes its there on Decemeber 2010

Im surprised they weren't obliged to announce this to the AIM market. Its worth 18p on the NAV at current price of 49 cents

mms dropped the share price on quite a few illiquid stocks today for no apparent reason. They do this now and again when they get the chance, looking for busuiness. Doesn`t mean the stock is being sold but that they probably have flat books so it costs them nothing.

IG says were down 8.78% 65p/70p, but both LSE and advfn say 70p/78p ? any ideals.
