Universal Coal is an emerging near-term thermal coal production and development company with assets in South Africa. The company has over 726 million tonnes (in situ before losses) of JORC compliant coal resources across three thermal coal projects: Kangala, Roodekop and Brakfontein and two coking coal projects: Berenice and Somerville, with a combined total exploration target of over 1Bt of coal. So checked the Universal Coal wesbite and yes its there on Decemeber 2010 Substantial shareholder notice - Natasa Mining Ltd 15 December 2010 Dear Sir, Kindly note that we have an equitable interest in 17,538,462 shares and GDIs in Universal Coal pic, which represents 8.89% of the company's issued capital. 14/2/2011 18:57 | mms dropped the share price on quite a few illiquid stocks today for no apparent reason. They do this now and again when they get the chance, looking for busuiness. Doesn`t mean the stock is being sold but that they probably have flat books so it costs them nothing. | ducatiman | |
