I do not get why NSN is listed on AIM! What is the point except adding some regulatory cost to the company?

With CK's track record, who would trust his company anymore? I do not like this debt conversion at all from start! Why did the company not raise money through a right issue instead (and underwritten by CK)? Who wouldn't take it at 55p when cash asset is more than double?

The company is better to pull out a rabbit from the hat soon, otherwise I would not be a holder for long.

All looks a bit shady. The price falls significantly below NAV just before Kyriakou exercises his conversion. Exercise price was 55.3p (80% of 69p). It turned out to be just a cheap way for Kyriakou to get shares in the company. He didn't even pay up about half of what he owed on the convertible loan until a month or two ago.

Wasting your time with this co., simply a private slush fund or cash shell for majority shareholder, if he's going to look for an acquisition needs to move away from the mining sector and start thinking about undervalued opportunities that still exist wherever they may be, actually making a decision might be a start, is that even possible, this co. seems to be saddled with inertia, if others can do it why can Kyriakou NOT!

He acquires an extra 9,868,421 for A$9m, paying A$1.096 (=66.85p)

Puts a floor on the share price, and still trades at 50% discount

You can normally buy well within the spread. I'm going to have to get more of these at this rate.

I'm looking to enter but that 20p spread is an off-put
(prices bid 60p offer 80p)

Having said that

+ share price trades 50% to cash,
+ UEP projects comes virtually for free
+ Prospects of kazakhstan gold mining

Still wonder if NSN will make a re-purchase of TMC stock @31p having sold at £2
