09/6/2020 10:56 | It's probably the anecdotal reports that the UK property market is bouncing back more strongly than expected, as a backlog of buyers try to take advantage of even further reduced mortgage rates. It seems some have taken advantage of lockdown to tidy homes and gardens up a bit and are now looking to complete delayed moves before a possible virus second wave since there's little else to do with trips to beauty areas discouraged! It might calm down when more go back to work. (Beware this could change if the wave of redundances expected later in June arrives.) | aleman

28/4/2020 07:21 | Cashflows don't look that bad considering case book is +46% which will have up front costs. Surely they will be better in future with much higher settlement monies to come. Just a slight problem of a virus screwing up everything in the meanwhile. Is this a set of kitchen sink results? | aleman

04/2/2020 12:50 | On the bounce and Strongly Why? Bouncing strongly after the very large fall yesterday with the trading update. 1 - But 2 Directors were buying soon after the update 2 - The Lombard Odier Asset increased stake from 14.24% to 17.02% the same date. 3 - The dividend suspension was expected but badly received by the market 4 - With the large share fall NAH has become a BARGAIN. | master rsi
