21/2/2024 18:01 | Full details on the Nanogenics acquisition and timescales can be downloaded as a pdf from the following web page As seen from the pdf the timescale for getting ECP-105 into clinic is 12-15 months but that is from last September ie 5 months ago so in the best case scenario we could be 7 months away from clinical trials or 11-12 months away in the worst case scenario. The current work programme cited by the resident derampers is the preparatory work for those clinical trials. | fydo
21/2/2024 15:15 | Not that it's much use, but Nigel responded on the investor hub.. "all work before clinical trials is defined as pre-clinical whether it is formulation work or in-vitro / in-vivo testing". So to say this is months away from clinical trials is simply not correct given they are only just doing formulation and sequence selection to prepare for testing in pre-clinical trials. | dplewis1
21/2/2024 13:21 | People who understand the science and the market need to post to offset the rubbish from rampers like yourself. I paste below a paragraph from the Nanogenics announcement on 16th Jan which shows ECP-105 is going into animal models not clinical trials as you intimate. Clearly whether the drug makes it into the clinic depends on those results so it may never happen. So you are being disingenuous in saying clinical trials will start shortly! ‘The work involves creating and testing a novel formulation containing Nanogenics' proprietary siRNA sequence to undertake a proof of concept in-vivo study, to demonstrate that a single dose of its Glaucoma surgery treatment ECP105 can match the anti-fibrotic effect of current post surgical treatment using Mitomycin C, but without the cytotoxic side effects seen with this approach.’ Misinformation from rampers needs to be highlighted…. | nobbygnome
21/2/2024 08:55 | And I dispute your statement that all the Nuvec announcements have been positive. The one last week showed disappointing results; you need a scientific background to understand results like that in an in vitro experiment which is where I can add value to the thread | nobbygnome
21/2/2024 08:40 | >> Fydo You say the Nanogenics product is ‘months away’ from clinical trials. That is not what the announcement on 16th January said so do you have inside information from Nigel?!? I presume you know when it says ‘in vivo study’ that means animal model experiments…. | nobbygnome
21/2/2024 08:34 | You're obviously pretty interested.. It's a shame you choose this path every time, I think featherby's request is reasonable and would be respected. | dplewis1
21/2/2024 07:30 | Could real D.Farrier set up a twitter profile? Introduce, share research and explain your investment and reasonings. I genuinely think everyone would welcome this. | featherby81
20/2/2024 22:51 | dplewis1, Neither am I you idiot but there are plenty that are down and you revel in that do you. You are seriously sick. | fydo
20/2/2024 22:45 | I'm not the one several hundred grand down on a company rapidly running out of cash .. moron | dplewis1
20/2/2024 22:41 | dplewis1, the last three Nuvec releases have proven to be highly positive. Only a paid basher would consider it to be a duffer. You have a serious mental issue. I would feel sorry for you if it wasn't for the fact that you are a complete idiot. | fydo
20/2/2024 22:24 | dplewis1, The difference is you halfwit, these are clinical trials. Even someone as "clueless" as you should be able appreciate the difference between clinical and pre clinical because the market certainty will. | fydo
20/2/2024 21:57 | That's the latest thing Nigel has sold you on is it Dave .. another pre-clinical dream to get you to cough up for the next placing. He's great at dangling the carrot isn't he.. | dplewis1
20/2/2024 21:05 | And it’s funny how blatant misinformed ramping is perfectly acceptable to Fydo…..but rational informed criticism is not! Further hypocrisy…. | nobbygnome
20/2/2024 21:02 | Fydo how about you misrepresenting my words earlier today with a description of Nigel I have never written. Hypocrite is the appropriate word…. | nobbygnome
20/2/2024 20:32 | Same old Dave, weaseling out of it.. posting that commercialisation is months away is still material information if it's true. Nigel won't be happy but you've got a bit of a fractious relationship these days I believe | dplewis1
20/2/2024 20:25 | dplewis1, So you admit to misrepresenting my words and making a deliberate attempt to cause trouble between David Farrier (I checked) and Nigel. Absolutely despicable. Your insane fixation with that gentleman is obviously some sort of mental illness. Once again when Pinky comes out to play then so does Perky. One could almost believe you were working together. Just out of interest, does being a share basher pay well. The pair of you should be ashamed of yourselves. | fydo
20/2/2024 19:59 | That’s a classic. And he berates us for calling this correctly all the way down from 30p….unbelieva | nobbygnome
20/2/2024 19:40 | "You can almost smell a deal on Viagra while multiple deals on Nuvec are close and yet we are still under 30p. Incredible"That's a post from you from almost 6 years ago.. still posting the same twaddle. And you think I'm challenged.. | dplewis1
20/2/2024 19:35 | I know Nigel shares my frustration with your aliases on bulletin boards David. For someone so well acquainted with the company you just know the name is spelt Farrier .. but I suppose it's still your pitiful attempt to pretend it's not you. | dplewis1
20/2/2024 19:30 | So what has Nigel told you Fydo? Don’t be shy… | nobbygnome
20/2/2024 18:37 | dplewis1. I am begining to think you are truly challenged. You need to understand the difference between commercialisation and a commercial deal, In effect a deal could be signed at anytime as you don't necessarily have to be in clinic to sign a deal and with a MTA still in place and who knows what other interest, a deal could come at any time. However, it is generally accepted that commercialisation is more likely to be when the product is proven in clinical trials. At that point commercialisation occurs meaning that it is a proven product and a commercial deal could follow. It is that commercialisation that is months away. I saw your post on the investment hub and I consider it to be a direct attempt to get David Farriar into trouble with Nigel. You are clearly a person with serious problems. | fydo
20/2/2024 17:56 | I asked a question on the investor site, seems like Dave telling porkies again "i cannot comment on speculation from any shareholder as to what they or others are posting on bulletin boards" | dplewis1 |
