Have you ever thought why other private investors with notifiable holdings don't use multiple handles to ramp their investments? People like Richard Griffiths, Chris Akers, Myles etc understand that it's shady behaviour and frowned on by the FCA. Not sure how you find it so difficult to grasp.. although you must have some idea else why would you delete accounts like hughwilson etc

New investors also need to understand that the second largest shareholder in N4 is using multiple aliases to try to ramp the price. David Farrier should fully disclose his position to users on the LSE site that he posts as DanBaker as well as tankerton on here and DaveD on twitter. You don't get a balanced view from share price Angel or someone who holds 7% of a company..

The share price Angel analyst report suggested that N4`s share price should be 10 times higher than its current price to align it to its peers.
Even at 10 times its current valuation, there would still be a strong argument for a takeover but at its current valuation, it would be a sitting duck to an opportunistic bid.
Thankfully I don`t expect N4 to remain at this valuation for much longer as we have a number of big news items coming up.

featherby, all I have said is that if Nuvec gains traction then as a product its potential will quickly outgrow the company leaving N4 as a possible takeover target. My preference is that N4 reap the potential of Nuvec themselves for the benefit of its shareholders but all the time N4 is a tiny company with what could be a huge product then the possibility of a takeover is always going to be there, especially if a pharma wants first-mover advantage. In the absence of an opportunistic bid then I expect a bid by the midterm as the potential for Nuvec is greater appreciated.

Assuming Nuvec continues to prove its worth and actually makes the company money, it will become a takeover possibility and that can’t be argued.
But the realistic fact is we’re not seeing any director buys, no TR1’s or named collaborators signing so let’s get the data finished and some revenue in before we can talk about giving it all away for ridiculous sums.
