9, 38 and 90 moving averages all within 2 days (broke 9 day moving average yesterday).

No surprise to see the short term punters bailing out and a softening of the price. However, once this has settled I think we will see the long term investors taking more of an interest.

Interesting announcement today which indicates progress is being made. While we might have something of a new vacuum for a few months, aside from the patent news, this is all good news. The more progress the more this de-escalates the risk associated with the shares and hopefully we should start to see a gradual rise.

It does seem to be, on the surface at least, one of those shares overlooked by the market. There arent too many.

The fact funds were raised at 8p - oversubscribed - in my view gives the shares some strong support.

Expecting usa patent news imminently as around 5 weeks ago Nigel mentioned in an interview the patent was a few weeks off. My guess is next week we will be updated on something, be it patent or evotec.
